Zero Inspiration

I have zero inspiration
What a funny thing to say
After all, I’ve written lots of things
In lots of different ways

I have zero inspiration
Whatever will I do?
The words used to come so easily
From my head to the page, they flew

I have zero inspiration
I don’t know what to write
Something dark and scary?
Or something funny, and light?

I have zero inspiration
Seriously, I’ve got nothing
Whatever, it doesn’t matter
As long as I write something

I have zero inspiration
So I’ll just ramble on
About having no inspiration
This could go on and on

I have zero inspiration
And now I’m getting bored
Since I have no idea
Of what I’m working toward

I have zero inspiration
Not a rhythm, not a rhyme
Even though this entire poem
Actually rhymes quite nicely.

Wait, never mind.
