I am a fire, a roaring flame
You cannot put me out
I'm sick and tired of this stupid game

Smoke rises, billowing waves of dark
Huge clouds, chokingly thick
Suffocating everything in my path
You're right, I'm a lunatic

The sparks in my eyes scream a threat, stay away!
There's no telling what I might do
There's nothing that anyone could do or say
To remedy what I've been through

This wasn't spontaneous, no, not at all
You know every fire needs fuel
I'm not the one who caused my own fall
That honor is yours, you fool

You broke me, you thoroughly tore me apart
In the end, it was all just an act
I trusted you, gave you the whole of my heart
But you're the reason it's cracked

You're the one who made me this way
Put a blemish on my soul
You're responsible for every casualty today
Because you, love, were the charcoal.
