Joker and Batman walked out to the balcony, seeing as how no one could attack them there. Besides, there was a lot better view there anyway. The two discussed their lives, laughing at the jokes that the other would make. It didn't seem like there was anyone there to bother them while they talked like civilized adults. Oh, who were they kidding? They acted like they were a couple of awkward 12 year olds. They didn't really mind, though. It was just nice to share the other's company. Even if that company was with someone who was considered their greatest enemy. That, as well as a couple, I guess.

"Batsy, you're a great singer. Why have I never heard you sing before?" Joker asked.

"Please, I've rapped during battles a couple times," Batman pointed out.

"This is different. You were singing, not talking quickly to a beat."

      "Are you dissing my raps?"

   "Eh, a little bit."

"Aren't boyfriends supposed to be nice to each other?"

"Aren't enemies supposed to be mean to each other?"

"Aren't clowns supposed to dress differently than you?"

"Aren't grown men supposed to not wear costumes?"

    "Again, you're wearing clown makeup."

"Oh, so one minute I'm a poor representation of a clown and the next I'm a guy that sums up clowns in general."

"I'm just saying, clowns aren't usually as attractive as you are."

"When did this argument turn into complementing each other?"

       "I'm simply telling the truth."

"Well, you happen to be the most handsome costumed man I've ever met, and that's saying a lot coming from me."

"Yeah, your life is practically Halloween."

"Great, now we're back to insulting each other."

"I can take you home, if that's what you want."

"Are you kidding? I'm having a great time talking to you."

"Don't you have other people to talk to?"

"Unlike you, I don't have handsome, billionaire roommates to hang out with."

"Handsome?" Batman asked, his cheeks instantly reddening. Joker noticed this and snickered.

"Sorry Bats, I didn't know you were so sensitive about the subject."

"N-no, it's just warm out here."

"Yeah, sure. Just remember that you're the one that I'm dating. I could easily date Bruce Wayne if I wanted." This time, Batman was the one who snickered.

"I'm sure that Bruce would love to be with you," Batman told the clown.

"Honestly, I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not," Joker responded.

      "I'll let you decide."

"I'm going with no, because I feel like you two have probably discussed me in the past."

       "Oh, we sure have."

      "Ha, I knew it!"

     "Can we change the subject?"
