Ella's POV.
Ella laid on her bed watching her ceiling fan. She had a problem. The boy who she was inlove with had confessed his feelings to her, but because she had thought he would never reciprocate her feelings she had let herself fall inlove with someone else. That someone being the Flash. Ella knew there really wasn't a choice to be made. Barry was obviously the winner here. She didn't even know who the Flash was. All she knew was how he acted or presented himself to be like. She sighed. She still wanted to know if he felt the same way though.
Ella got up out of bed and walked out into her balcony. To her surprise someone was already there waiting for her. "Good evening Ella." The Flash smiled. "Hi." She greeted. He walked over to her and looked at her quizzically. "What's wrong? Has something happened? Is it what happened last night?" He asked. "No. Well...maybe." She answered. "What's wrong?" He asked.
She walked to the railing. He followed. "You kissed me last night." "I know. And I'm sorry." He said. "You already said that last night." She reminded him. "Right. If you want we can pretend it never happened." He said. "Is that what you want?" She turned to him and asked. He looked deep into her eyes. "No. I want to live it again. But...I can understand if you don't feel the same. After all...I am basically a stranger to you." He said turning away.
"And yet I find myself falling more and more inlove with you." She said. He turned to her. "What?"
"I think I may be inlove with you." She said. He walked closer to her. "But I want to know...do you feel the same?" She asked. "Miss Peters..." He began. He turned away from her. Then turned back. "I am most certainly inlove with you. Without a doubt." She smiled. Then she knew she had another problem.
"I have a problem." "And what is that?" He asked she could tell he was holding back a smile. "I'm also inlove with someone else." The Flash nodded. "Right. Barry....Barry Allen?" He asked. She nodded. "Does he love you?" "Yes. He told me today. Flash, as much as love you I don't think I could have a relationship with someone who I don't know personally." She explained.
He nodded and put his hands on his hips shrugging. "I don't think that's going to be a problem, really." He said casually. "What are you talking about?" She asked. "And I don't think that Barry guy is going to be a problem either." He also said casually, while coming closer. "What-" "Come here." He smiled. " No. Now what are you-" Suddenly with his super speed he ran over to you and wrapped his arms around you. He was smiling ear to ear. "Kiss me." "What?!" He quickly leaned in and kissed her lovingly.
He pulled away and was smiling, at her reaction. She was wide eyed and confused. "What are you doing?!" She exclaimed. He had obviously lost his mind. "Something I should have done a longtime ago." He stepped back slightly. "You see Barry Allen's not going to be a problem because..." His hands went for his mask. He pulled it up over his head. Ella's grew wide. "...He's me." He smiled. Ella thought she was going to fall over. "Barry!" She exclaimed. "Yep." Her mouth was wide open. She couldn't believe it. Barry was the Flash.
"First I want to say.. I love you, Ella. Not only that...I'm inlove with you. And nothing will ever change that. Secondly...I'm sorry for keeping such s big secret from you. I only did it to keep you safe. I was going to tell you, but I didn't know when. Then when you told me how you were inlove with the Flash and I told you how I felt, well...I had to tell you. You've been inlove with me the whole time. You just didn't know it." He smiled. Ella smiled. "Barry I understand why you kept it a secret and I don't blame you. I'm glad you told me though." She laughed. "Yeah. Me too."
"So Caitlin and Cisco from Star Labs, they help you right?" He nodded. "Yep. They're great friends." "Now I'm really grateful to them." She smiled.
Barry walked over to her. "I'm sorry I didn't kiss you the other day. It was stupid." He said. Ella laughed. "That's why you kissed me that night. To fix your mistake?" "Yes, but also because in that exact moment I really wanted to." "Why did you want to then, but not before as Barry?" He sighed.
"You see...when I'm the Flash, I'm a superhero. Everyone loves me, well most everyone. I can be who I want to be, act the way I wish I could act and no one knows it's me, but as Barry Allen if I mess up or do something wrong...that stays with me forever. I'm just Barry Allen. I guess that's why it was easier for me as the Flash, to..." "Flirt with me?" Ella asked. She saw Barry's cheeks redden. "Yeah. I guess."
"Barry. You don't have to where a mask around me. Technically and metaphorically." She laughed. He chuckled. "I know that now. I'll never have a mask on with you again." He said. She smiled. "I love you." He said looking into her eyes. She smiled. "I love you too." And they kissed. It was a wonderful beginning to a wonderful relationship. Ella also knew that her life was about to get crazy.
