After a few moments she heard a door open and close behind her. "Ella?!" She heard a young male voice shout. Ella recognized the sound of their voice. She turned around to see Barry standing on the porch with a coat on and staring at her in concern. "Barry." She said barely above a whisper.

Barry looked up at the sky and observed the rain poring down. He pulled up his coat collar and ran down to her. He ducked his head further down into his color trying to avoid getting drenched. "Ella what are doing out here? You should have called us!" He exclaimed worriedly. "I-" she began to explain, but he quickly interrupted her.

"Come on. Let's get you inside before you catch pneumonia!" He shouted over the loud sound of rain, thunder and lightning. Barry grabbed her hand and lead her quickly up the stairs, onto the porch and inside.

Once he  had closed the door, he turned to Ella, who was now shivering. At this point Ella wondered herself why she hadn't excepted Iris's offer earlier. Barry walked over to her and put his hands on her arms. He looked her over in worry. "Your shivering." He deduced. "Barry I'm-" "Come on. Let's get you in some warm cloths. Iris!" He called.

She came out of the kitchen and wiped her hands off with a towel. When she saw Ella she tossed the hand towel on the table and rushed over to her. "Oh my gosh, Ella! What happened? Why didn't you call me?" She asked in worry. Ella watched as her two dear friends crowded around her in concern. "A lot happened. I'll-I'll explain. . . later." She answered, shivering. "Come on let's get you some dry cloths." She said and took Ella up to her room.

Ella had taken a warm shower and was drying off. She looked in the mirror and sighed. What was she doing with her life? She had a wonderful boyfriend who loved her, the Flash who was inlove with her as well, a great job great friends and she was running herself crazy over a guy she couldn't even have. Who didn't even love her.

She shook her head and rested her hands on the sink. Why was she doing this? She dropped her head down and looked back up in the mirror. She smiled sadly. "I'm inlove with him." She whispered. Just then as she was putting her hair up, she heard a knock at the door.

She turned to the door. "I'll be out in a minute Iris." She yelled. "Actually its Barry! Iris wanted me to tell you that she ran to the store to get a couple things for you." He shouted. Ella walked to the door. "She didn't need to do that." Ella told him through the door. "She wanted to. She said you needed soup and that we were out. Anyway just wanted to let you know." He told her. "Thanks Bare." She smiled. "No problem. I'll be in my room if you need anything." He said.

After Ella had finished dressing she walked out of Iris's room and was about to head down stairs, but decided to see Barry instead. Ella walked to his door and knocked lightly. "Come in!" He called.

She opened the door and walked in to find Barry laying on his bed, while on his cell phone. He looked up at her and smiled. "Hey." "Hi." She smiled back. "Iris not back yet?" He asked. She shook her head and walked to Barry's bed. "You mind?" She asked pointing down at his bedside. He smiled and shook his head.

Ella sat down. "You warmer now?" He asked. Ella nodded. "Yeah. I'm sorry I scared you guys like that." She apologized. "It's okay, but um. . .if you don't mind me asking. . .what all happened tonight?" He asked.

She sighed and looked down. She looked back to his waiting eyes. "Scott and I broke up." She said. "What?! And he just left you there!" He exclaimed. Ella shook her head. "No Barry. Listen. After dinner Scott took me to the park where the gazebo was and. . .told me that. . .he loved me." She said.

Barry looked down and then back to her. "And?" He asked. She shrugged and shook her head. "I don't love him. I never did and I don't think I ever will. After I told him I didn't feel the same we both agreed to just be friends. He offered to drive me here, but I told him I wanted to walk. He tried to insist on taking me, but I refused. He left. And then I called Iris." She explained.
