Arabella was crying by the time they got there, she hadn't much attention focused on her and the ride was bumpy and she was very uncomfortable, she also knew something was wrong with her daddy.
Jackie was holding Jack's hand and biting her lip, she was scared. Terrified even. She had handed Arabella to a nurse so she could focus all her attention on Jack. Oh God Jack.
When they arrived at the hospital Arabella was handed back to her and Jackie went with the nurses to a room, which she was promptly kicked out of.
While worrying for Jack she tried to ease herself by playing with Bella, but it wasn't working much.
Though Bella seemed happier than before so that was something.
Eventually Arabella fell asleep and Jackie soon followed her into the realms of dreamland.
She awoke to somebody tapping her.
She groaned,"Whaa... what's going on... JACK!" she bolted upright at the last word and hit the nurse who was tapping her, in the face.
"Sorry." she apologized.
The nurse smiled,"It's alright Mrs. Kennedy. I have news on your husband if you'd like to hear it."
Jackie nodded and listened.
"What your husband just went through was an Addison's attack, his medicine should be helping with them but maybe he didn't take it or it just couldn't help completly. Either way he'll be fine soon and should be back within two days. After that he'll just need to rest for about a week."
Jackie nodded,"Thank you for the information. Also... could you please keep this quiet?" The nurse frowned but said she would see what she could do.
