Hyannis Port, January 26, 1956

Jackie looked around at Hyannis Port. It was one of her favorite places that they owned. It was tied with their home on her list of favorites. Hyannis Port was beautiful, despite growing up a city girl (Well kind of, I mean she did go out in the country pretty often) she loved the secluded and cozy home on the beach shore.

Her favorite part of Hyannis Port was the water. Jackie hadn't known how to swim before Jack taught her jokingly saying,"If you want to marry me you have to know how to swim."

So he had promptly thrown her in the water and she was forced to try to stay above the water, and Jack tossed her comments on how she should swim and eventually she managed to get back to shore and she whacked him over his head, which he laughed at.

However it had worked and now Jackie could and loved to swim.

Hyannis Port, the inside was also the best beach home you could imagine, it came straight out of a movie, Jackie kept telling Jack.

Arabella immedietly took a liking to the odd blue stuff next to the beach. When Jackie brought Arabella for the first time after they arrived, she had been in a swimsuit that Jack had bought (Jackie had highly protested a newborn baby should be allowed in the water of all places, but Jack insisted and especially in freezing cold water!) soon Arabella was in the water with Jack holding her and splashing wildly, gurgling happily, laughing a babies laugh, not seeming to notice the freezing cold water or Jackie's shivering in the swimsuit on shore. Jackie said that it was one of her fondest memories.
