Jack awoke to the familiar sound of his wife retching her guts out.

He sighed and stood up, cracked his back and rushed into the bathroom to see what he could do for her.

After taking care of her and making her go back to sleep (After feeding Bella) which, worriedly didn't take much work, Jack, despite feeling like he was going to die if he didn't sleep, and having work in three hours, decided to make something nice for his wife as she had had a breakdown yesterday and he imagined was still suffering, he didn't even want to look at the press today.

He first went into town and after some difficulty of finding an open shop, bought some fresh flowers, a vanilla scented candle, pancake mix, eggs and cookie's he head home to hurry what he was to make.

As soon as he got home he took out a fairly clean plate, rinsed it just to get some extra shine, and started cooking eggs and two pancakes.

He finished at around seven, and placed one pancake in the center of the plate and put whipped cream on then a rasperry on top, with blueberries and rasperries and strawberries cut by Jack himself surrounding it, he then placed the eggs he made on a smaller plate and on the side of the plate two pieces of toast he had made for Jackie.

He then placed them on the kitchen table, after placing a red table cloth over it, placed the flower's (red roses) in the center, and placed Jackie's plate's on her side of the table, and lay out the silverware.

He finished at 7:30, and wrote a quick note to Jackie before he shruged his coat on and hurried to work, eating the extra pancake as he went.
