October 30, 1956 The eve of Halloween
Jack smiled as he set up decoration's on the front porch, they were mainly from last year though there were a couple new ones, Jack and Jackie planned to go trick-or-treating with Bella the next day but they were unsure of how that would play out, seeing as Jack was running for president and some people would love or hate. He frowned at that.
Though he was technically a Democrat he was open to Republican ideas, he considered himself a mixture of the two, maybe 70% Democrat 30% Republican.
Jackie was inside, getting a bowl of candy, they planned to leave a large bowl of candy at the door and scribble a note saying,"TAKE ONE PIECE."
Jack did the finishing touches on the lights on the roof he had hung, and then smiled at his work before heading inside. He jumped when he felt warm arms wrap around him and turned around and laughed to see his wife, her vampire fangs in.
"Hi Kid." he grinned.
"Hey Bunny." Jackie said.
"Where's Bella?" Jack asked.
"Sleeping." Jackie replied, taking her fangs out.
Jack nodded,"Up for a game of cards Mrs. Kennedy?"
"Course card shark." Jackie grinned at him.
Jack rolled his eyes at the nickname.
"Well Mrs. Kennedy get ready to be beaten."
"Same goes for you, sharky." Jackie grinned.
"Bring it on."
