Chapter 18: Moon over Bourbon Street

*Back at Lafayette Cemetery- Nighttime-Mausoleum*

Klaus speaks and says, "Rebekah!" Elijah steps in front of her and says, "Walk away!" Klaus responds and says not in the mood for games, "Don't, Move!!!" Elijah responds and says, "Leave us now!" She responds and says, "I can't, were stuck here!" Klaus raises his hand and she says to Elijah scared, "He has the white oak stake!" He walks over to them and says with a smirk, "I brought it for you, sister!" Elijah responds and says, "Get out of his sight, your presence here only seems to anger him! Leave him to me now!" She flashes away into Celeste tomb. Elijah holds the blade in a self defensive matter and pointing it at him and puts his hand out as a gesture and says, "I'm asking you brother to brother, we end this nonsense now!" Klaus responds pissed off and says, "You would side with that traitor?!" He replies and says, "I'm not choosing sides, but I will not allow you to hurt our sister!" Klaus responds and says, "We cannot leave this cemetery Elijah, how long do you think that you can defend her?!" Niklaus flashes away and so does Elijah while pointing the blade at him and says determined and confident, "As long as it takes, by whatever means necessary!"

*Saint Anne's Church-Morning*

Marcel walks in and he's on the phone with Rebekah and says, "Do whatever it takes to just stay alive, I promise you I'll get you out of there?!" She responds and says shocked and scared, "I've never seen him like this before! He's out of his mind with rage, up all night howling to what's scary to the next, he's going to kill me!" Marcel responds and says, "Alright stay far away from him as you can!" She remarks sarcastically and says, "That's a brilliant strategy except, that dead bitch Celeste has trapped us in here till moonrise, my options are somewhat damn limited!" He responds and says, "I'm not leaving you in there. Davina will get you out early and then we can all leave together and if Klaus comes after us we will take him on one hell of a ride?!" She responds and says, "I spent centuries looking over my shoulder, ready to run at a moment's notice, am I to go back to that?!" He responds and says, "We'll worry bout that later together, now buy me some time and I promise I'll get you out of there!" They hang up their phones.

*The Attic*

Marcel goes upstairs to Davina's Room and she's seating on her bed depressed and still in shock and Marcel tries to cheer her up and shows her the bag of candles and sequence and soap and lays it down on a table and she watches and says nothing. He turns to her and walks over to her and says, "Word on the street is that the witches are celebrating..." He pauses and she looks over to him as he continues, "Three out of the four girls out of the Harvest have come back, first it was your friend Monique, and then another girl and now you! I hear that the others are saying that the Ancestors were with them when they were dead, you know and talking to them, teaching them, they say their stronger then every! Was it like that for you?!" She shakes her head still sad and admits to him, "Their was nothing. It was cold, empty and dark and it went on forever!" He sits down in front of her and apologizes, "I'm sorry Dee!" She turns to him and says, "I don't want to talk bout it, please Marcel, don't make me, please!!!"

*Back in The Cemetery*

"We've been at this for hours, to what end? Niklaus ik you and I grew up fighting you and I can't be beaten nor can I be persuaded..." He pauses and Rebekah uses her vampire hearing overhears their conversation as Elijah continues, "You can't get past me!!!" Klaus responds and says, "Oh, I can get past you, it just might be have to over your dead body! You did stab me with that blade enforcing me to endure hours of unspeakable pain and torment, perhaps I should direct my anger and rage towards you!"

Elijah responds and says, "You should see urself, the murderous expression, the self righteous posturing, you look like father!" Klaus shakes his head and says, "I'm not him!" Rebekah is still listening as he says, "Rebekah's treachery, justifies my anger! His was out of a madman!" Klaus continues pissed off now and says, "You were never the recipient of his cruelty, none of you were. Not Kol? Not Finn, none of you! I think you forgotten what he was truly like?!!!"
