Chapter 15: They All Asked for You

*Mystic Falls Virginia-Michaels Mansion Nighttime-Vanessa's Bedroom*

Vanessa is laying down in a bed and Claire gets under the covers and lays down next to her and asks, "Vanessa are you awake?" Vanessa turns to her and cups her face and asks, "Why didn't you call me, I could've picked you up?" Claire responds and says, "Ik I just didn't want to wake you?" Vanessa smiles and sits on top of her and starts kissing her neck and Claire says, "I didn't get a chance to talk to Rebekah today, her brother died and it was my sister's wedding!" Vanessa responds and says, "I get it, but your going to tell her soon rite?" Claire responds and says, "Yea." Claire closes her eyes and Vanessa continues kissing her neck and then moves her left hand between her legs. Claire then opens her eyes and grabs her hand and says, "It was a long drive, is it k if we could pick this up tomorrow?" Vanessa responds and says, "Of course." She gets off of her and lays back down in front of her and they fall asleep.

*New Orleans Louisiana-Morning, Street Fair*

Rebekah is looking for anything that could boost her magic and also speaking on the phone with Klaus and Elijah. "Enough with the family squabbling, c'mon Nik even you must see how the situation has become awkward?" Klaus is standing on the balcony and says, "Theirs nothing awkward bout it. Caroline and Faye belong in the compound where there safe! As much as I would like Elijah's help to kill Finn, if his delicate sensibilities are offended by the presence of Caroline's new husband then he's welcome to continue sulking across the river!" Elijah is walking into his apartment holding a bunch of suits in his hand and walks up the steps and says, "As I've explained to you repeatedly brother, my presence here in Algiers purely to assemble allies..." He puts the suits on his rack with the others and continues, "And given all the enemies we have foot with one sibling and Ancient maniacal Aunt Dahlia, I would think you'd applaud my efforts!" Klaus smiles and says, "Well by the applaud you seek you shouldn't of ducked off in a bloody huff!" Elijah sighs and Rebekah continues walking around and says, "Alright, can you two at least try to stay focused on what's best for Faye safety?" Elijah responds and says, "I would like nothing more!" Klaus says, "I am doing just that!" Rebekah smiles and says, "See your on the same team, conflict resolves crisis reverted!" She hangs up her phone and puts it in her jacket pocket then looks over to her right and sees a guy from the Fauline Cottage watching her and then she turns a corner and another guy from the Fauline Cottage bumps into her on purpose and she says, "Excuse you too!" They both follow her and she runs out of the crowd and into a alley and she turns to them and says pissed off, "Are you two looking for something like smack in the door!" They walk over to her and the first guy says, "You will die for what you've done!" Rebekah puts her hand out and tries to use her magic but nothing happens and she says frustrated, "Stupid bloody magic!" The guy takes out a dark object and gives her aneurysm and she falls on her knees. Marcel appears and throws them into the trash behind him and then turns to her and says, "There's more of them on the way we should probably go!" She looks at him shocked and still doesn't move and he puts out his hand and says, "Rebekah?" She responds and says in shock, "How did you know?" He rushes over to her and helps her up to her feet and says, "We'll talk bout that later, but we don't have all day!" He picks her up and carries her and vamps speeds out of the alley.

*Back in Virginia Mystic Falls, Morning-Vanessa's Bedroom*

Vanessa is awake and sees Claire playing with Tatianna in her crib. Then Claire sees Vanessa and says, "Your awake?" Vanessa responds and says, "There's something I have to tell you?" Claire looks at her worried and seats on the bed next to her and asks, "What's wrong?" Vanessa explains and says, "Remember, when you told me that Kol Mikaelson died?" Claire responds and says, "Yea, but why is that important?" Vanessa responds and says, "Because I already knew!" Claire looks at her confused and Vanessa explains, "I felt it when he died and I saw it through my amulet." Claire nods and asks, "So what's the problem?" Vanessa explains, "When Elijah and I killed Finn, the hex on Kol stopped, but when Freya brought Finn back, the hex started back up again so Kol died." Claire cuts her off and says, "Wait, so your telling me that Finn is back?!" Vanessa nods and says, "Yes." Claire responds and says, "That means your not safe or Caroline?" Vanessa responds and says, "Finn won't be able to find us Claire, this place is cloaked, you and Tatianna are safe." Claire nods and Vanessa continues and says, "Even though I am immortal and impervious to harm, I felt it when Freya brought Finn back and my wound opened back up, but since I'm a hybrid it healed, but the pain is still there." Claire hugs her and asks, "Are you going to be k?" Vanessa nods.
