Chapter 13: The Feast of All Sinners

*Nighttime-Virginia Mystic Falls-Salvatore Residence-Stefan's Room*

Stefan is holding Vicki's hand while she's in labor. The contractions end hours later and then Bonnie tells her to push and she does. Bonnie smiles and says, "I can see the baby." Vicki pushes again and Bonnie holds the baby in a blanket and grabs a knife and cuts the umbilical cord. She carries the baby with her into the bathroom and washes her off and wraps her in a pink blanket and then comes out of the bathroom with her and says to Vicki and Stefan, "You have a beautiful little girl. What's her name?" Stefan responds and says, "Isabella Marie Lockwood." Vicki puts her hands out and asks, "Can I hold her?" Bonnie nods and says, "Of course." She gives Isabella to her and she looks over at Stefan and smiles. Isabella holds Stefan's finger and they smile. Stefan says grateful to Bonnie, "Thanks for helping us with this." Bonnie smiles and then leaves. Vicki says to Stefan, "I'm going to go change, so do you want to hold her?" He smiles and puts his hands out and Vicki lays Isabella in his hands. Stefan smiles at her. Vicki goes over to her suitcase and pulls out some white and pink floral short shorts and a pink tank top and goes into the bathroom and changes and then Isabella starts crying and he says sternly to Vicki, "I think she misses you?" Vicki takes off her bloody clothes and puts her tank top and shorts on and comes out and drops her dirty clothes in the hamper and then washes her hands and walks over to Stefan and puts her hands out and he stands and gives Isabella to her and Vicki says sternly, "I think she's hungry, so I'm going to go feed her. Can you just talk to Luke and Damon for a minute? Then I'll have them meet Isabella in the living room." Stefan nods and says, "K." He leaves and goes downstairs.

*The Living Room*

Luke and Damon are seating on the couch and Stefan comes down the stairs and they stand up and Luke asks worried and concerned, "How is Vik?" Stefan responds and says, "She's fine and so is Isabella.... They sigh in relief and he continues, "Vicki's feeding her rite now, but she'll have ya'll meet Isabella afterwards or tomorrow?" They nod in understanding and seat back down and Stefan seats across from them.

*Back Upstairs in Stefan's Room*

Vicki is seating on the bed with Isabella in her arms and breastfeeds her and looks down at Isabella and smiles at her.

*Back Downstairs in The Living Room*

Luke and Damon have fallen asleep on the couch and Stefan reads his book.

*Back Upstairs in Stefan's Room*

Vicki finishes feeding Isabella and then lays her on the bed for a second and then puts her bra and tank top back on and then picks her up and holds her in her arms and goes downstairs to the living room with her.

*Back Downstairs in The Living Room*

Vicki comes down the steps and sees Damon and Luke asleep and she walks over to Stefan and retorts, "Did I really take that long?" Stefan smiles and says, "No. They were just tired. They'll see our little daughter in the morning k?" She nods and kisses him and he responds to the kiss and then they look down at Isabella who yarns and Stefan comments, "I think she's tired too." She responds and says sternly, "I'm going to go lay her down in her crib." He nods and she goes upstairs to their room and lays her down in the pink crib on the white pillow and Stefan goes in the kitchen and gets two water bottles and flashes upstairs in their room and lays the bottles down on the dresser and Vicki watches as Isabella closes her eyes and falls asleep. Stefan lays down in the bed and Vicki walks over to the bed and gets in and lays down on her pillow exhausted and instantly falls asleep and Stefan smiles and kisses her forehead and then pulls the covers over them.

*In The Morning*

Vicki is still asleep and Stefan is downstairs making breakfast. Damon walks in and sees her asleep and then gets underneath of the covers and moves a lock of her hair behind her ear and gets on top of her and holds her arms down and starts kissing her neck and she starts to wake up and asks scared and confused, "Damon, why?" He responds and says with a smile, "I'm in love with you." She shakes her head and says, "Well I'm not. I love Stef k, please go?" He lets go of her and leaves.
