Chapter 8: Maybe I Should Start From The End?

*Nighttime- A Lair*

A hooded figure, wearing, a black hoodie, is standing, in a grey lair, with a lot, of equipment, of computers. She or he is watching surveillance footage, of the knife, being destroyed, in a black pit, and, then grabs the picture of Landon and Seylah and looks at it.

*Back at Skylar's Place- Skylar and Isabella's Bedroom*

Skylar is laying down next to Bella whose asleep. Skye is awake, and thinking bout the conversation she just had with Dorian a few hours ago. Bella wakes up and looks over to her concerned and grabs her hand and asks sternly, "Hey, Skye, what's going on?" Skylar looks over to her and says with a smile, "Your awake?" Bella nods and Skylar admits, "My father stopped by here a few hours ago whilst you were asleep and we talked!" Bella looks at her surprised and sits up and asks worried now, "How did that go and did he hurt you?" Skylar responds and admits still confused bout it, "He didn't hurt me. He um apologized to me bout blaming me for my mother's death... Bella nods in understanding and retorts, "What did you say to him?" She responds and admits, "I told him that I forgive him for that, but not for everything else that he did to me and let his friends do to me! I also told him that I don't trust that he won't hurt me again? I don't want him in my life!" Bella holds her hand and asks, "How did he take that?" Skylar responds and retorts, "I'm not sure. He wants to start over, get to know me, but I don't know if I... Bella cuts her off and says, "Can do it?" She nods and Bella cups her face, with her hands and says sternly, "Than, don't and hopefully he'll leave you and I alone, k?" Skye nods and says, "Thanks." Bella nods and says with a smile, "Of course, I love you." Skylar hugs her and says with a smile, "I love you too." They lay back down and Bella gets on top of her and holds her arms down above her head with a smile and then kisses her and Skye responds to the kiss, happy.

*Fort Valley, Ga.- Morning*

There was an explosion and Faye, Tatia, Alaric and Landon are laying on the ground unconscious and then Faye opens her eyes and sits up and sees brown holes in the ground still burning. She looks behind herself confused bout what happened and then sees Alaric, Landon, and Tatia still asleep. Faye speaks and says sternly, 'There's something I need to tell you? I just don't know how? So to make you understand, Maybe I should start from the end... Alaric, Tatia and Landon get up and stand and they look at their surroundings. Landon speaks and asks confused, "Where the hell are we?" Tatia speaks and asks confused, "What happened?!" He holds his ribcage in pain and looks over to Alaric whose says confused as well, "Idk, but I don't think we're in Kansas anymore?"

*Three Days Ago, Mystic Falls, Va.-The Saltzman Boarding School: For the Young and Gifted-Nighttime*

Faye speaks and continues, 'On second thought, I'll just start from the beginning?' Faye comes down the staircase, wearing, a purple jacket, burgundy t-shirt and black pre-ripped jeggings with black boots. Her bracelet is still glowing blue and she notices and continues, 'Ik that Landon needed me, and at the time that's all I needed to know... She walks past the study hall quietly and sees two students asleep in chairs and goes over to Alaric's office and opens the door and walks in and goes over to his desk and opens a draw and sees his car keys inside and she grabs it and leaves and starts for the doors. Alaric sees her and comments with a smile behind her, "Going somewhere?" Alaric is wearing a black bathrobe, grey t-shirt and black pajama pants. She sighs and turns to him and he walks over to her and continues, "Better Questions: Where the hell do you think your going with my keys, and without telling me?" She responds and recalls with a smile, "Um, you know, I remember I said some really harsh things to you, yesterday?" He says nothing and glares at her as she continues, "So I just wanted you to know that the chains are a peace offering?" He smiles and takes a step forward to her and retorts to her in disbelief, "At 3am... She looks at him shocked and opens her mouth to say something, but he cuts her off and continues, "Faye, you don't have a driver's license, your going to commit grand theft auto: Which is a Felony! Your ditching school rite before the mid-term exams begin and you've made it very clear to me, that you only see me as a Authoritarian figure and nothing more. So tell me, why I shouldn't suspend you this very second?!" She rolls her sleeve up and shows him her bracelet and he looks at it and then to her and asks confused, "What is that?" She responds and explains, "Basically it's a supernatural compass." He nods and remarks, "Well I hope it's pointing you to your room, cause that's where your going!" She shakes her head and retorts sternly, "I'm going after Landon and Tatia has offered to help me find him?" He looks at her surprised and says astonished, "Is Riker k with that?" She responds and retorts, "I'm not sure yet. If my bracelet is glowing than that means Landon is in trouble?" He nods and says, "K then, were going and I'm driving!"
