Chapter 22: Dress to impress

''I missed you so much.'' Sasha said hugging me tightly. She looked better than before, she didn't look so hurt and broken, she was back to the Sasha I know.

''I missed you too.'' I said hugging her back.

''Who wouldn't?'' She said sitting on her bed.

''So what's new?'' she said looking at me.

''Well, lets say alot has happened since you've been gone. So to make a long story short, I got into a huge horrible fight with Helen the cheerleader, she gave me staraches and cuts and I gave her a black eye. I have a new friend, his name is Elijah Latimer. He's good looking but he can be a complete skeex ball sometime. He's been dying to go on a date with me but I always reject him about it all the time but no big deal. Also, Me and Matthew got closer and closer like he's the first person I want to talk to when I wake up...he's just so amazing...'' I said.

''Wow all that happened while I was gone. And did you say Elijah Latimer?'' She said looking at me.

''Yeah..why?'' I said

''My sister dated him...he wined and dined her. He's a total playboy, he is really controlling and seduction takes over his brain completely. Lets just say..he's not the type of guy you should trust...he graduated from college years ago, he's the same age as my sister.'' She said.

''I knew something wasn't right about him, but why would he come back to college?'' I said.

''I don't know..maybe something or someone brought him back....'' She said..

I started thinking. Everything Sasha said explains everything that has been happening between me and Elijah...

''Thank you for telling me..'' I said.

''No problem. Now tell me about the fight.'' She said.

I babbered about the fight to Sasha and she seemed really intrigued by it and it surprised her so much, she kept saying she's picturing me punching her in the eye and slapping her, I couldn't help but laugh at the things she say.

''You're one tough cookie.'' She said.

''You and Matt keep calling me that'' I said laughing. 

''Well you are. Anyways I got you something while I was gone. Close your eyes and open your hand.'' She said.

I did as she said and waited for something to happen. She placed something in my hand and I opened my eyes, before me was a pearl necklace. My eyes started shiny with stars, it was so beautiful.

''Oh my god, Sasha I love it this must have costed you a fortune.'' I said.

''My parents wanted to thank for what you did for us..'' She said with a warm smile.

''I don't know what to say..'' I said.

''You don't have to say anything..you're my hero, I wouldn't have been here without you and Matthew.'' She said.

''I love you Sasha.'' I said hugging her.

''I love you too.'' She said.

''That's why I need you to be with me when I find a dress for the dinner party Matthew's parents are having a week from now'' I said.

''Yay I missed the mall anyway.'' She said.

One week before the dinner party....

Me, Sasha and Matthew  were all going to the mall today to shop for the dinner party. Sasha and I got dressed and fixed each others hair. We locked up the dormroom and made our way downstairs to Matthew. When we came downstairs I seen how Sasha's eyes lit up.
