"What was that?!" Inis kong tanong kay Eunice after Cassy left and went to her room.
"What is wrong kissing my girlfriend?"
"Infront of Cassy?" Reminding her who's with us.
"What's wrong with that?"
"It's wrong because..." Natigilan ako.. I am about say because I love her and I don't want to hurt her.
"Because?"
"It's inappropriate." Saka siya tinalikuran at pumunta sa sofa.
"Is that really the only reason?"
"Ano pa ba ang gusto mong sabihin ko?"
"Yung totoo!"
"That's the truth !" Tumayo ako "you know what I am tired i want to take a rest."
"Really Andy? Your tired?" She told me "where had you been all day?"
"Office." I lied.
"Are you sure?"
"I am."
Then there is a long silence between us.
"Are you really that busy in your OFFICE para makalimutan mo kung ano ang meron ngayon?" She asked pero ramdam mo yung inis sa boses niya. But she's trying to control her anger.
And right now kinakain ako ng guilt knowing I lied at her. Because the truth is. I am just outside Cassy's office all day waiting for her.
"I see.... you forgot." Tumayo ito
Napakunot ang noo ko sa narinig ko.
Humarap siya s akin and look at me with a deep pain in her eyes. And it hurts me too.
"Happy Monthsary." She told me plainly sabay abot ng isang length wise box. Saka ako tinalikuran at umalis.
An here I am. Dumbfounded from what I just realized.
D@mn! I forgot! Today is our monthsary.
Pero hindi ako naka galaw and all I ever did is to look at the closing door.
"Hoy problema mo nanaman?!" Tanong sa akin ni Washington kasabay ng isang mahinang tapik sa braso.
"Paano ka nakapasok dito?" Tanong ko. Paano kasi hindi ko naman naramdaman na kunatok siya
"Pinto."
Sinamaan ko siya ng tingin.
"Kanina pa ako katok ng katok for your information. So I just invite myself in."
Agad ko namang inalis yung tingin sa kanya after I heard his explantion. Siguro masyadong nalalim ang iniisip ko kanina kaya hindi ko narinig yung pag katok niya.
Hindi kasi mawala sa isip ko yung ngyari kagabi. I tried to call Eunice pero hindi niy sinasagot hanggang sa hindi ko na siya ma contact.
"Hey Armstrong please return Andy to earth!" Narinig kong sabi ni Ton kaya napatingin ako sa kanya. "What? Your spacing out AGAIN."
"Sorry."
"So, ano nanaman ang problema?"
"I am so stupid.."
"I know." He cut me off
Sinamaan ko naman siya ng tingin.
"What?" He said innocently. "Totoo naman..."tiningnan ko lang siya "fine!" Sabay taas ng dalawang kamay "continue."
"Nakalimutan kong monthsary namin."
"Stupid.."
Tinignan ko naman siya ulit ng masama
