Don sighed as he looked down at his watch and saw that it was already past 10am; he went upstairs to check on his wife again and she was still fast asleep. He was getting worried. It was unlike her to sleep this long; especially with as uncomfortable as she had been with this pregnancy. She would sleep about 8 hours at night and nap during the day. Sleeping 10 hours was very unusual. After they made love the night before and he got them something to eat since she was STARVING, she fell fast asleep in her husbands arms despite her saying she wanted him again. He wanted her as well but he had to remind himself of what the doctor said that they could make love every once in awhile but that was it. When he was satisfied her breathing was okay he placed a kiss on her forehead and went to make her some tea. He decided if she wasn't awake when he came back up that he would wake her up to make sure she was alright.

Don carried Meryl's tea and some toast back upstairs and shook his head when he saw she was still sleeping. He was conflicted on whether or not to wake her up, as he knew she needed her sleep; but it was now 10:30 and she was still sleeping. He sat her tea and toast down on the bedside table as he sat next to her on the bad, facing her, running his fingers through her hair. "Darl, it's time to wake up." Don said softly as he kissed all over her face. "Come on baby, it's 10:30."

"Don?" Meryl mumbled tiredly as she forced her eyes open. "You're dressed."

Don laughed as he looked down at what he was wearing; and shook his head as he placed a good morning kiss on her lips. "Just a t-shirt and pajama pants."

"Well, get back in bed." Meryl said tiredly. "What time is it?"

Don smirked as he got under the covers and she immediately cuddled up to him. "10:30; I hated wake you up but it is so unlike you to sleep this late. Are you feeling okay?"

"I feel amazing." Meryl grinned at him. "You were amazing last night, Mr. Gummer."

Don kissed the top of her head as he held her close. "You were spectacular as usual my amazing wife. It didn't hurt or anything? I was afraid maybe I did damage or something with you sleeping so long."

"You were prefect." Meryl assured him knowing just how worried he was; and she put his hand on her belly to assure him that their baby was fine as she could feel it moving away within her. "I haven't slept that well in months. You completely melted my bones, Don Man. You made me feel so relaxed and love and safe."

Don inwardly breathed a sigh of relief. "I'm glad. You made me feel the same way. I just worry."

"I know, baby." Meryl kissed his neck. She wasn't going to tell him not to worry not only because she knew it would be like telling her not to worry about him and their children; and she knew how terrified he was, as was she, that something would go wrong in the pregnancy. "I'm really okay; I'll try to wake up."

Don laughed as he reached for her tea and handed it to her. "You're fine. I thought you might like this. You can go back to sleep if you want. That's why I brought you out here."

"Greatest husband ever." She smiled after taking a sip of her tea and tasting that he fixed it just how she liked it. "I want to spend the day with you; and I want you to REST."

Don knew that was coming. "Well beautiful, what would you like to do? Movies? Go eat? Talk about making Henry's room into a nursery? I just realized I need to start buying stuff to keep here for the baby. I mean we've bought things for the apartment..."

"Breathe, baby." Meryl laughed with a kiss to his lips. "We still have 3 months; and the internet at our finger tips. I would love to float in the pool with you and talk about the nursery."
