***EARLIER THAT MORNING***

"Yeah, yeah, I'm coming." Louisa sighed as she was feeling a little rough from her partying the night before and the incessant ring of the doorbell wasn't helping. She was surprised to see the visitor on the other side of the door; especially with her parents gone. She kind of wondered if they sent him over there to check on her and her sisters. "Uncle Dana?"

Dana was trying to take deep breaths and not take his anger for his brother-in-law out on his niece. "Hey, Lou. Looks like you had a good birthday last night."

"Just don't talk too loud, Uncle D." Louisa giggled as her uncle gave her a hug and kissed her head.

Dana looked around the apartment and noticed how quiet it is. "It's pretty quiet in here. Where is everyone?"

"Grace and Mamie are upstairs. Hen, Susie and Lily are at their place." Louisa said.

Dana nodded. "Your parents? Isn't your mom still on bedrest?"

"They didn't tell you?" Louisa asked as Dana shook his head. "After my family party last night Dad took her out to Connecticut. We all stayed here in the city because of our jobs. It sounds like they will probably be out there until after Mom's birthday. When I saw you I kind of figured that they sent you over here to make sure we aren't having wild parties. I promised Daddy no boys."

Dana nodded. "No, they didn't send me over. It's been a little while since I have talked to either of them. You're sure your dad went with her?"

"Of course." Louisa nodded. "He doesn't go anywhere without her these days because of the risks and everything. Besides, they are even grosser than usual."

Dana looked around. "Salisbury or Mason's Island?"

"Yeah, Salisbury." Louisa said. "Uncle D, is everything okay? You seem upset."

Dana didn't want to hurt his niece. "I just need to talk to your parents. Drink some water and sleep it off, Lou."

"Bye." Louisa said closing the door after her uncle left. She felt her phone buzzing in her pocket. Her eyes bugged out of their sockets when she saw the morning's headlines. "GRACE! MAMIE! GET YOUR ASSES DOWN HERE! WE NEED TO GET TO HENRY AND SUSIE'S...NOW!"

***PRESENT TIME***

"Baby?" Don asked worriedly as he held her.

Meryl was struggling to keep her eyes open. "Don, don't feel...."

"MERYL!" Don exclaimed as she passed out in his arms. He looked around and realized the couch would be the closest place to carry her towards. He placed his other arm under her and struggled to lift her in them with her being dead weight; and all of her extra weight from her pregnancy. He didn't care. He couldn't let her fall.

Just then Dana came running in as Don was struggling to safely carry his wife to the couch. "Get your slimy, cheating, fucking dirty hands off my sister you fucker."

"DANA!" Don exclaimed; taken aback by his brother-in-law. He always felt they had a wonderful relationship; so the texts Don received from Dana earlier and now his tone was quite surprising to him. He really couldn't believe that ANYONE that knew him actually believed he would do that to his wife. "IT'S ALL LIES! You should fucking know that!"

Dana went over and tried to take his sister from her husband. "Give her to me. I want you the fuck away from her."

"NO FUCKING WAY!" Done exclaimed. "She just passed out. I'm not letting ANYONE take her from me."

Dana wouldn't let go of his sister. "Why do you fucking care? Go to your whore."

"Dana!" Don couldn't believe it.
