Kayley
All I could see was darkness. Everlasting pitch black abyss. I couldn't move, but it felt like I was falling. But then I didn't seem to have a body. It was cold and eerie quiet. Where was I?
Get me out of here.
Suddenly, a warmth spread through my body, so familiar. So close, but so far away.
Blackness still surrounded me, but that warmth.
There, a tiny dot of light, a million miles away.
Fight.
Get to that light.
I tried, but I was so tired. Too exhausted to fight. So alone. And that everlasting silence. The silence was killing me. Ripping me apart.
Slowly, very slowly, I was getting closer to the small dot. But then the light faded and with that the warmth.
No. No.
I wanted to scream, but I couldn't find my voice.
I needed to get back to the light. But the blackness closed in on me, so dark, so strong and it didn't give me a chance to find that light again, no matter how hard I searched.
I couldn't fight this. I was too small, too weak.
A warmth came back, giving me some strength again, but not enough. It was different now. Less powerful.
I needed... I needed more... More strength.
But how?
