Sierra's pov
I was looking through Miranda's baby book. Jason sits beside me. "She'd be a big sister." I whisper, trying not to cry. "She is a big sister Si. She is." He hugs me and I turn the page and smile. "I miss her so much." "She was such a beautiful baby." He says. "You're my saving grace." I whisper looking up at my husband.
*later*
*in her dream*
I sit up in bed, still tired. Jason is asleep beside me. There's a small white foggy mass in between us! "Jason, wake up!" I gasp freaked out! He doesn't stir and the white mass becomes more clear and I realize it's my angel girl. "Miranda?" I whisper my voice trembling. She sits up and hugs me. "I'm okay mama." She says. "And I'm so happy you're gonna have a baby." "I don't want to have a baby without my baby girl." I say, crying quietly against her. Suddenly it gets smoky and in place of my daughter Jason is hugging me. "Oh... S-Sorry... I-" "Shh you don't have to apologize." He says. I remember what she said. "I'm so glad we're having a baby, Jason." He smiles and kisses me. "I love you Si."
*a few weeks later*
We've got our first ultrasound. "I'm excited." He says holding my hand. I'm excited too but nervous as well. The doctor gets the machine set up. "OK, Sierra just relax." He says. I stare at the screen, holding Jason's hand, anticipation flooding through me. "Wow, Mr. And Mrs. Aldean I'm happy to announce you're having twins." TWINS?! "Wow!" I gasp shocked. "Any idea on the genders doc?" Jason asks, way more levelheaded than I could ever be. "A girl and a boy. Congratulations." Jason hugs me. I'm too in shock. "Sierra you make me the happiest man alive." He says. Tears fill my eyes and I wrap my arms around his neck. "I love you so much Jason."
