Many years later...
"Welcome to Dimension Seventy One Mr.Withered." the female voice told me.
I was here, the last dimension, I let the rift spend a few days in this world before I portal jumped, I wanted to make sure that I understood the portal 110%, I knew I wasn't getting a second chance to take down the Creator.
Take him down?
Your probably wondering why I would ever want to do that?
Simple.
The guy is a prick, I realized that back in dimension sixty two where the dragons nearly slaughtered me. He didn't care about me, or even the billions of people he was killing, he only cared about himself. And I know what I should've done, trust me I know that I should've mended the rift long before it reached any of these dimensions but truth be told, I went into a coma, thank God dimension six had a good doctor, otherwise every single dimension would share the same fate.
I have a chance, a chance to save dimension seventy two from the zombies, before it got every single one in our ring of dimensions, and I plan to take it, but first I need to find my contact.
I stood up out of the dark, cold night sky, I saw a cabin ahead, It was one of a farm, perhaps I was wrong, perhaps the rift hasn't made it here yet, I approched the farm and saw that there were no lights on, I knocked on the door, nobody answered.
I felt my clothes begin to change again, they changed from the sixies bling I was wearing to a torn up tuxedo, and my ear piece changed it a pair of sunglasses.
"Hello?" I called into the house.
I assumed nobody was home, the front porch looked torn up, as if there was a struggle, I was beginning to believe that I was wrong about the rift.
It always strikes.
I tried to open the door, I needed food, and sleep, but it was locked.
I felt the straw mat below my shoes.
"I wonder..." I trailed off as I searched the mat for a Key, as I hoped as found it and I layed the Mat back down on the floor boards of the porch and if I didn't do it.
I read the words on the mat."Welcome to the Slade Ranch"
"Huh, I guess someone lived here." And I headed inside, hopefully to find food, and somewhere lay my head for the night, I needed to rest after a portal jump, it was hard work.
Three Days Later...
Acording to the Creators Map that he gave me, my contact is supposed to meet me here, sadly there was someone living in that farm house a few days ago, luckily they were nice folk, they patched me up let me stay the night and sent me on my way, apparently they wanted me gone before there daughter came to visit, they didn't want me "falling in love with her" if only they knew who I was.
Still wondering if I should tell anyone, I mean other then my contacts, but at least for now, I decided not to.
Over the course of a few hours, this city has completed evacuated, I assumed the Rift was up to no good, once again.
I watched as a truck drove up the street, I sat on top of a one story building, I ate a can of peas.
"Portal Jumper?" A man asked, behind him was several military men.
I hoped off of the building and walked over to him."Major Skeleton I would presume?" I asked.
He nodded his head.
"That's right, the portal is all set up and ready to be mended, it's held up at a friend's of mine, it was his home, before all of this, a beautiful mansion!" The Major explained.
