"Ved, your dad is calling you" Shalini said entering his room.

She saw him looking at the mirror and combing his hair.

"I am coming bhabhi" he replied without diverting his look from mirror.
"Are you going for proposing any new girl??? Seems like you need a lot of make up today" she said.
"Wow bhabhi. You are intelligent. But I don't need to propose anyone. Girls will fall for me at the first sight and propose to me themselves." He said proudly and confidently.

Shalini laughed.
"Why are you laughing?" He asked.
"Nothing. May be those girls are blind." She said.
"Hahhhahaaa....Was it a joke??? Anyway I am laughing. I dont want to disappoint you" he laughed.

Shalini glared at him.
"Go and meet dad fast." she left.
"Mom's session over at morning itself. Now how will I handle dad. Pls give me strength for it " he said looking at the mirror.

He went downstairs and found noone there. He immediately went to the kitchen where he found his mom working.

"Mom" he hugged her from back.
"Dad is at the garden. He is waiting for you. Go" she said without looking at him.
"What's the matter mom? I know that you may definitely know the reason." He said expecting an answer from her.
" You go and ask him. I don't know Ved" she said boldly.

Ved became furious and left the kitchen immediately.  Lakshmi looked at her son. She remembered her last night conversation with her husband.

*Flashback*
"What we can do for making him responsible?? I can't see wasting his life like this anymore." Lakshmi complained.
"I have thought about it. I found two solutions."Prakash said.
"What's it?" She asked
"The second one is little dangerous. If it didn't worked out, we should have to regret a lot."he said
"I didn't get it"she confused.
"I mean a marriage. If a good girl came to his life, may be he will change. He became responsible. His habit of flirting and partying will stop." He said.
"No no it's big risk. I cannot see tears of another girl in this house. Another life should not be spoiled because of our selfishness."she suggested.
"Yes I know. That's why I dropped that idea and going for first option." He said
"Tell me what is that first option" she asked.
*Flashback ends*

Vedanth went to the garden and saw his father watering the plants. Sometimes he think that his dad loves plants and pets more than his own sons and daughter. He always respect his father. He admire his hardwork for his family. And little bit scaring also. He coughed to get his father's attention.
