When They Misbehave

Thet are 4 and a half now.

Normally, your boys are a ray of sunshine, but with every sunshine comes a storm.

It started when Leo wouldn't eat his breakfast of fresh fruit and oatmeal.

"Leo, you need to eat or you won't grow up big and strong like me and Splinter." You say.

"No!" He yells, throwing it a over the floor making a big mess. "Leonardo Hamtato, bad boy!"

He sticks his tounge out at you. "I want pancakes!" He wines kicking his little legs.

"No Leonardo, you will eat your fruit and oatmeal." You scold. "You will not have tantrums!"

But Leo just kicks and screams and you sigh. You pick him up and put him on a small chair in the corner.

"You will sit here until you can behave!" You say firmly. He then cries loudly. "Nooooo!"

You sigh cleaning up the mess he made. "What's gotten into him?" You say to yourself.

About 5 minutes later Leo quites down and you walk over to him. "Leo, are you going to behave?"

He nodded sadly. "Yes mummy, I'm sorry." He sniffes. "I didn't mean to make you mad at me."

You hug him close. "It's ok sweetie but can you tell me why you weren't behaving?"

"I don't like oatmeal and blueberries mummy." He mumbles. You remember now.

"I'm sorry about that honey but you could have told me instead of throwing it on the floor and making a big mess."

He nods shamefully. "I'm sorry mummy." He says tearing up and snuggling on you.

"I forgive you, but you need to go to your room for a little while as your punishment, ok?"

He nods sadly and walks to him room. You sigh. You hate punishing your boys but they need to learn.

A while later, you hear Ralph yelling and Mikey crying. You run in and see Mikey sobbing on his bed with Raph holding a torn up teddy bear, Mikey's favorite toy.

"Raphael Hamato, why did you do that to your brother's toy?!" You yell angrily.

"He made me mad!" Raph wined pointing towards a crying Mikey. "No I didn't!" He yelled.

You pick up Mikey and cuddle him close. "Mikey, tell me what happened." You say.

"I was playing with teddy and Raph came in and wanted to play with it and I said no and he got mad and hurt teddy!"

"Raphael, say your sorry right now!" You say sternly as you turn to him.

"No, he's just being a baby, besides I hated that stupid bear anyway!" Raph growled.

You give Raph a shocked look. "Raphael!" "That was very mean, go to your room and stay there until you can apologize!"

He grumbles to himself and runs to his room slamming his door loudly making you wince.

Mikey is still sobbing so you hug him until he calms down. "I'm sorry sweetie, come watch TV with mummy."

You then take him to the living room and watch cartoons for the rest of the morning.

About a hour later, you hear Donnie giggling and look behind you. You gasp.

Donnie had colored all over the walls...with permanent markers. You sigh trying not to yell too loudly.

"Leonardo, you know your not supposed to draw on the wall, that's a bad boy!" You scold.

"But mummy, I drew you a pretty picture." He says with a sad look.
