When You Prank Them

Today is April Fool's day, so you are going to prank your family! The boys don't really do pranks anymore, with the exception of Mikey.

But that doesn't mean you can't prank them...

You start off by walking to Leo's room where he's organizing some stuff like you told him to, as his room is a disaster area.

Normally it's Mikey with the messy room but Leo hasn't cleaned his in weeks and you don't want to break and ankle by walking in there.

"Hi sweetie, how are you today?" You ask, walking in with a smile. He smiles back. "Good mum, I'm organizing like you told me too."

You give him a thumbs up. "Good, when you're finished....can you help me with a little something?"

He nods and tells you he'll help you as soon as he finishes organizing. You walk away, holding back a laugh.

You're planning on asking him for help with moving some of the old weapons that you and Splinter don't need anymore.

You have a little trick up your sleeve....

Or, I guess on your arm...

As soon as he's finished, Leo meets you in the dojo and the both of you start to move the big weapons holder.

Before this, you taped a ketchup packet to your arm so that when you  'fell' it would explode and look like blood.

Just as you and Leo begin to push the crate over, you trip and 'cut' your arm on one of the old swords.

"Ow, my arm!" You yell. Leo looks at you, horrified and immediately hurries to your side.

"Oh my gosh, so much blood!" He pales. He's never really been good with blood. "Ah jeez..."

You then stand up and laugh. "April fool's, got you sweetheart!" You say. He looks at you in shock.

"What the....mum, I really thought you were hurt, never do that again...is that ketchup?" He asks curiously.

"Yes, it is and I'm sorry...but it's April Fool's day and I just had to prank you!" You say, hugging him.

He hugs you back. "I forgive you...I guess, just never do it again...it reminds me of how Raph did the same thing when we were kids."

You laugh, remembering how your boys pranked you when they were just little turtle tots.

"Yes, well...I don't do it again." You promise. He nods and goes back to his room. You then head to Raph's room.

You can hear him talking to Spike in there....cooing and giving him leaves as if Spike's his little baby.

You walk in. "Hi sweetie." He looks at you bug-eyed with a red face. "Uh, how much of that did you hear?"

You grin. "Oh, only all of it..." You kiss his forehead. "Hey sweetie, Mona is on the phone, she sounds angry."

He immediately runs to the lair where the cheese phones is and picks it up. "Hello? Mona? Hello?" He says.

He looks at it in confusion before looking at you. You're trying not to laugh. "It's a prank, isn't it mum?"

You laugh and hug him. "Yes, I got you good, didn't I?" He pretends to look annoyed. "Yeah, I guess."

"April fool's honey." You kiss kiss forehead to get him to laugh. "Are you  mad?" He huffs and shakes his head.

"No, I guess it was just a prank...but never do that again, I coulda had a heart attack!" He says dramatically.
