When You Meet Karai

"Hurry guys, we've got to save mum!" Leo calls behind him as he runs ahead, everyone feels tired.

They have been running for over an hour and have finally found Shredder's lair where you are being held captive.

"Keep moving, my sons...I know we are all tired but your mother is counting on us." Splinter says encouragingly when they stop.

"Dad's right guys, I'll carry Vivian." Mikey offer, picking up the tired little girl. "Thanks big brother!" She smiles.

They keep running until they reach the lair. Splinter kicks down the door and everybody runs in, weapons in their hands, ready to fight.

"No, stay away from me!" You scream as Shredder comes closer and closer, his blood-covered gauntlet. "Help!"

The boys immediately run into the direction of the scream, kicking down the door. "Mum's in trouble!" Donnie says shakily as he grabs his staff.

They run in to see you strapped tightly to a chair in a cell-like cage with the Shredder hovering over her.

"Leave our mum alone!" Raph yells angrily as he starts to charge at the Shredder. Splinter stops him.

"My son, wait!" He shouts. "If we attack now, he might attack, let me speak to him, he wanted me."

You look up to see Splinter, the boys and Vivian hurrying over to your cell. Splinter faces Shredder, a calm expression on his face.

"Oroku Saki...we meet again." He says neutrally. "Please, let my wife go...do not harm my family, take me instead and let them go."

Saki laughs. "I suppose I can...spare them." He grabs Splinter roughly on the arm. You gasp in shock.

"Yoshi, no!" You say pleadingly. The boys and Vivian look at you in shock. "Dad...you can't!" Mikey whimpers.

Splinter looks from you to them. "I will be alright, my family...let me do this, I will be ok." He promises.

Saki smiles devilishly. "I believe I also asked for the stupid orange turtle as well, did I not?" He smirks.

Mikey's eyes widen and Splinter gestures for him to come closer. "Mikey, no!" Vivian starts to cry.

Mikey looks at her comfortingly. "Shhhh, Vi I'll be ok, don't cry... you'll make the bad guy mad." Leo picks her up and hugs her.

You look at Mikey in shock. "No...not my little ray of sunshine, please." You whisper as tears come into your eyes.

Mikey looks at you and smiles. "I'll be ok mum, dad and I are going to be fine, we love you." He says.

Shredder smiles menecingly. "Get out here, Karai." He says. Instantly, a teenage human girl walks in. She has jet black eyes and looks evil.

"This is Karai, my assistant." He says as he smirks at the girl. Splinter grabs his katana, ready to fight.

"What's the matter Yoshi, don't recognize your own daughter?" Yoshi smirked to a confused Splinter.

"What are you talking about?" He demanded, his heart wrenching as he recalled the day he lost his beloved daughter and wife.

Shredder throws a gold necklace at Splinter and Splinter immediately knows Saki isn't lying. That's the necklace he gave Miwa.

Splinter's eyes widen. All this time, his daughter was a slave of Shredder? She was never dead? What had happened?

"W-What...how did you get my daughter? I thought she was killed in that fire, like my beloved wife."

"I started that fire for a reason, to kidnap your...child and raise her to serve me, I wanted you to think see
she was dead!" Saki smiled.
