You sigh as you flop down in the middle of the couch next to Splinter. He frowns.

"What's the matter (Y/N)?" He asks. You look at him with droopy puppy dog eyes.

"I just miss when the boys were tiny, their 10 now and don't really call me mummy anymore!" You say.

"They are growing up my dear, I know you miss the old days but they will always be our little sons." Splinter says.

You smile a little. "Thanks Splinty, besides Vivian is only 3 so she will still call me mummy!"

Splinter pulls you in for a kiss. "That is true, are you happy now?" He asks politely.

You nod and get some tea. You have been drinking tea pretty much your whole life, as you were born and raised in Japan.

Splinter also has a taste for tea but whenever you offfer your boys a taste, they pretend to be ill.

Hopefully Vivian loves it when she is older...

After breakfast, you head to your room, feeling kind of sad and a little bit homesick...you miss Japan.

A few moments later, you hear 10 small feet walk in and climb on the bed.

"Are you alright, mum?" Leo asks. You shrug. To be honest, you just feel sad because you miss Japan a little.

"I'm fine boys." You say with fake happiness in your voice. Donnie frowns as he knows your lying.

"Mum, you look sad." Raphie says as he looks at you very carefully.

"Ok, you've got me...I'm just a little sad." You admit. They immediately start hugging you.

"Why are you sad mummy?" Vivian asks sweetly as she nuzzles your face.

"I guess I miss Japan a little, I miss the cherry blossoms and the green tea." You sigh.

Mikey frowns. "Don't you like it here in New York mummy?" He asks nervously.

You nod. "I love it, I just miss Japan a little more than I thought I would." You sigh.

The boys and Vivian exchange sad glances at one another. "Excuse us a minute mum." Donnie says.

They all huddle in the corner of the room and whisper among themselves.

"Mummy should go back to Japan, we don't want her to be sad do we?" Leo asks.

They shake their heads immediately. "No...but we'll miss her and who will take care of us?" Mikey asks.

"Master Splinter can, he's a great dad!" Raph replies. "He can teach us things."

"Yeah but daddy can't cook!" Donnie admits sheepishly. They all giggle at that.

"Well...we don't want mummy to be homesick anymore so I think she should go back to Japan." Leo says sadly.

They break away from the huddle and face you, looking a little bit sad and heartbroken.

"Mum, we want you to be happy so we think you should go back to Japan." Raph announces.

Your heart melts at their generosity. What such thoughtful children you have! You sigh.

"Oh sweethearts, I'm not leaving you to go to Japan, I would much rather stay here in New York." You say.

"But, I thought you missed Japan mummy!" Vivian points out in confusion.

"Just a little bit, but I don't think that I would want to live there again, I like it here." You assure them.
