You were in the kitchen making your famous Mac and cheese for dinner, when Leo walks in.
"Mummy, can I help you?" He asks. You smile at your little gentleman and nod.
You help him wash his hands and get a stool for him to stand on. You start boiling the water and add the noodles.
You hand Leo the cheese and he adds it in, stirring very carefully until it's mixed together.
After about ten minutes, the meal is done and you serve it. Your other boys and Splinter live it!
"Leo helped me." You say patting his on the head and giving him a kiss. He beams proudly.
"It's yummy!" Donnie says while eating. Raph grumbles but agrees as he eats his. Mikey practically swallows it whole.
Splinter smiles. "Very good (Y/N), you too Leonardo." "Best dinner you have ever made."
Later that night when you go to tuck Raph in, you hear him talking to Spike. He sounds very upset and a little angry.
"It's not fair Spike!" "I didn't get to help mummy cool and I wanted to!" He whines.
He punches his dummy hard and you wall in. "Raphie, what's wrong honey?" You ask.
He stops punching and looks at you grumpily. "I wanted to help cook too mummy."
You frown and hug him. Looks like someone is feeling a little left out.
"I'm sorry sweetie, I didn't realize you were left out....how about you and I make breakfast tomorrow morning?" You suggest.
He smiles and nods excitedly. "Ok mummy." He says. You kids him goodnight and tuck him into bed.
The next morning, you wake up early as promised to cook breakfast with Raph. You go to wake him.
"Raphie, ready to help me cook breakfast?" You ask your sleeping little son.
He immediately wakes up and runs to the kitchen, making you laugh. You help him wash his hands and grab a stool so he can stand.
You both decide to make chocolate chip pancakes and bacon, their favorites.
You make the pancake batter and let Raph mix it up. You then put them in a pan and cook the pancakes.
Once they are ready, you help Raph flip them over to cook the other side. They are ready.
Now for the bacon. You fry it on the pan and let it get crispy. Then you let Raph pour on the seasoning.
Breakfast was ready within fifteen minutes. Soon, Leo, Donnie Mikey and Splinter woke up.
"Yum!" "Did you make breakfast mummy?" Leo asked licking his lips at the food.
"Yes, Raph helped me, he was my little breakfast helper today!" You reply, kissing Raph's head.
They all eat and smile at the same time, meaning that it's good. "Good food Raphie." Leo says.
"Yeah it's good!" Donnie says happily eating the bacon and pancakes.
"Best breakfast ever!" Mikey says with a mouthful of food. You smile.
"Thanks." Raph says smiling proudly that his brother's like his breakfast.
Later at lunch time Donnie walks in an politely requests for his favorite pizza....extra cheese, sausage and pepperoni!
"Would you like to help me Mehr it?" You ask. He nods excitedly and washes his hands.
You roll out the dough into a circle shape and Donnie spreads the sauce and puts on the toppings.
You slide it into the oven to cook it. Donnie sits right in front of it, watching in awe as it cooks.
About twenty minutes later, the pizza is done and lunch is served. Everyone digs in happily.
Pizza is your son's favorite meal. They love the gooey, spicey, cereal crunchy pizza dish.
"I helped mummy make it!" Donnie says excitedly. You hug him and he eats his pizza.
"Good pizza Donnie!" Says Mikey. He shoves a whole slice into his mouth and eats it.
Mikey loves to help you cook, but he especially loves baking! He baked desserts every night and everyone loves them!
He even wears your old blue apron whenever he cooks! Which you find absolutely adorable!
Today he decided to make chocolate fudge brownies with rainbow sprinkles on top.
He does all the work, mixing the ingredients and forming the fudge and putting it on the tray.
Your job is to put them in the oven and take them out when their done.
When they are finally finished, Mikey drizzles whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles all over them.
"Yum!" "I love brownies." Splinter says cheekily. He loves sweets, especially brownies!
"These are really good brownies Mikey!" Raph says as he eats one. Donnie agrees and takes seconds. Leo has three brownies, Raph has two, Donnie has four and Mikey has six. Splinter has at least five! You eat one also.
As you can see, your boys love helping you and cooking! You have a little chef in the family.
"Good job cooking, boys."
