Elijah awoke in the middle of the night to Evangeline's bloodcurdling screams. He sat up immediately, his body going into protective mode as he turned on the lights and quickly leaned in to check on her. He soon registered the glazed look in her eyes and the violent movements that her body was making. It was happening again.

"Freya!" Elijah cried out, gathering Evangeline up into his arms and hurrying down the stairs, the house pitch black from the night. "Help! Evangeline is having another vision!"

He rushed to the living room, laying her down on the couch as she rest of his siblings hurried in, rubbing the sleep from their eyes. Panic began to rise in his throat as he watched the young vampire scream out in pain, her body thrashing around in different directions

"Oh my god." Freya whispered as she approached. "This is bad."

"What?" Elijah looked up at her in disbelief. "What do you mean this is bad?!"

"The intensity of the vision is unlike anything I've ever seen before. If Céleste is the one doing this to her, she's trying to purposefully hurt Evangeline. My best guess is this was a punishment for disobeying her. She's finally retaliating."

"Disobeying her? Freya, what are you talking about?" Rebekah questioned.

"A month ago, Evangeline confessed some information on Céleste that I promised to keep a secret." Freya responded quickly. "I promise to have her tell you later, but right now, we need to try and pull her out as fast as we can."

"But, I thought you said you couldn't pull her out without damage." Kol cut in with a weary expression.

"That's just something we might have to risk. If she stays under for any longer, the damage her mother caused will be much more severe than anything we will have done."

"Do it." Elijah commanded. "Please, I can't lose her."

Freya closed her eyes, placing her middle and pointer fingers on Evangeline's temples. Beginning to chant quietly under her breath, the Mikaelson siblings soon noticed Freya's body beginning to tremble alongside Evangeline's.

"Freya?!" Rebekah called out worryingly.

"Wait." Elijah cut her off. "Give her a bit more time."

Freya's body began to shake violently, her chanting becoming louder and louder. Her siblings watched in horror as both witches seemed to be enduring an immense amount of pain. Evangeline screamed out again, the sound echoing in Elijah's ears and he winced, not being able to stand it. Suddenly, her body fell silent, and Freya fell forward with a large gasp. Slowly raising her head back up, the Mikaelson witch removed her fingers from Evangeline's head and leaned over to check on the young girl. After a few moments of waiting, Evangeline still didn't seem to show any signs of life.
