- Bellamy would go from never paying much attention to you to always trying to catch a glimpse of you
- And it would definitely be noticeable
- But no one would ever really say much about it
- Nervous glances from across the room
- It would take him forever to come to terms with his new crush
- But even longer to actually tell you
- He'd use every excuse he could to talk to you
- And lots of random talks during lunchtime, in the halls between classes/work, when you sneak out at night...
- Which includes him covering for you if you get caught

- On the ground, he'd be much more straightforward about it
- No rules, no authority, so he could really do whatever he wanted
- That would make him a bit bolder about it
- So one night while the two of you were sitting next to a fire, he'd take his chance
- "You know I've had a crush on you since the eighth grade, right?"
- Cute, embarrassed laughs
- "Never mind, it's stupid. Sorry."
- And him being so ecstatic when you tell him that you like him too
- But agreeing to take it slow on the ground, because... Ya know, monsters and stuff or something
- But also probably sleeping together five minutes after that exchange
