RYDER'S POV

I wake up looking at the beautiful girl who is cuddling into my side with my beautiful little boy in her arms.

I pry myself away from Demi, I walk up stairs trying not to make any sound.

I walk into my bedroom, I strip off my onesie. Walking into my wardrobe, slipping on my Darcy's old black 'Nike' jumper, black skin tight skins and expensive Nike running sneakers. I smile as I tie my hair up in a pony tail.

I walk out the front door, locking it behind myself. I plug my earphones into my iPod, shoving the ear buds into my ears. I take off running, this is the one thing my body needs the most.

I use to be on the running team back when I went to high school in Brisbane. I use to be their best runner. I use to love to surf, so I use to run along the beach back in Brisbane when I was really into getting fit. It was also apart of my eating disorder I kind of have. I got so skinny at one stage that I was anorexic.

I run as fast as I can, letting my heart race. The blood pump. My feet hit the pavement as hard, toning the muscles in my legs that have become so small. I let the music fill my ears, driving me forward.
