Akala ko, wala na kami pag-asa pero hindi ko inaasahan na biglang sasabog ang isang giant sa di kalayuan. I can hear cheers coming from other werewolves. It was Professor Joaquim who managed to kill the giant single handedly.

"That's fucking awesome! Is that your Professor Joaquim?" tanong ni Shintaro na malapit sa akin.

"Yeah, the one and only!" proud kong sagot sa kanya.

"You are a lucky son of bitch. You had a chance to be friends with the Thirteenth Alpha!" sigaw naman sa akin ni Ice Petroshka.

"There is no doubt that he is the Verdugo. He is using several werewolf abilities at the same time. Only the Thirteenth Alpha can do that," confident na sabi Elixir Campbell.

Karamihan ng mga Direct Heirs ay hindi lumalayo kay Tristan. We already have an understanding that we must protect him at all cost.

"Can you enlighten me how he managed to detonate the giant monster into pathetic pieces?" tanong ko kay Elixir.

Unlike Tristan who is very reserved and secretive, I manage to be friends with all of the Direct Heirs. I know that I will be able to use it to help Tristan in the future.

Gwenevere's eyes turned black and in a split second, she punctured Elle's chest and took her heart out. Kasabay ng pagbagsak ng katawan ni Elle, biglang mabilis din na lumipad ang puso ni Elle papunta kay Olivia.

Tristan was stunned dahil sa mga pangyayari. Hawak niya ang ulo niya na parang mababaliw sa kanyang nasaksihan. Her sister killed her wife. No, it was Olivia who killed Elle. Hindi marahil sinabi ni Elle kay Tristan na mamamatay na siya kaya wala itong alam sa mangyayari.

"Eliana!!!" sigaw ni Tristan habang nakayakap sa walang buhay na si Elle.

"What have I done! Elle! I am so sorry!" umiiyak na sabi ni Gwenevere na napaupo sa lupa katabi ng kuya niya.

"Gwenevere, it is not your fault. Olivia casted a spell and linked herself to you. She possessed your body for a few seconds. She's the one who killed Elle," sabi ko kay Gwenevere sabay yakap sa kanya.

Tristan and Gwenevere are both in agony. Gwenevere cried silently while Tristan is hysterical. Kahit ako, hindi ako makapaniwala na wala na si Elle at hindi ko na namalayan na tumutulo na ang luha ko habang yakap si Gwenevere.

"When I punctured her stomach using my nails, I already felt her power. I knew it right then and there that I am dealing with the legendary Verdugo of the werewolf clan," nakangiti na sabi ni Olivia sa amin.

"Olivia, you are the worst!"

"Lancelot, do you think I am after you when we were in Ibiza? Do you all think that I need the heart of the Royal Heir when the Direct Heir of the Thirteenth Alpha is alive?" dagdag ni Olivia sabay halakhak.

My heart is slowly constricting because of the pain. I can't breathe as if the agony is consuming my whole being. Para akong sinasaksak ng patalim ng dahan dahan sa mga pangyayari. I just witnessed the death of my friend before my own eyes.

I can't even comprehend kung anong nararamdaman ni Tristan sa mga oras na ito. He is surely dying inside right now...
