Eliana quickly disappeared before our eyes. Bianca was stunned, but she may already have an idea kung sino talaga si Eliana.

Kung tama ako, Eliana can teleport from one place to another in a split second, pero mahigit ilang minuto na ang nakakaraan ay wala pa din siya.

"Tristan, the First Heirs asked us to follow the third demon witch with the Stygian Sphere and to stop her. It is still our priority to keep the Alpha safe. We can't wake them up. They must stay in their hibernation period," sabi ni Elixir.

Most of the werewolves do not know why the Alphas are hibernating in Morpheus Castle. Kahit ako, hindi ko alam kung bakit kailangan nila nag stay dito.

"Elixir, do you know the real reason why the Alphas are here? Is it true that all of the descendants of the Alpha will die once they are killed?" tanong ni Gareth kay Elixir.

"No one knows why they are here. Only the First Heirs and the Verdugo know the real reason why."

"I want to know your theories," sabi ko kay Elixir.

Gwenevere and Elixir are the smartest people na nakilala ko. My sister is just a bit stupid when it comes to Lancelot. Elixir may have a idea kung bakit nandito sa napaka haba na panahon ng mga Alpha.

"I believe that the most devastating pandemic in the history of mankind is designed for werewolves."

"Elixir, are you referring to the Black Death in 14th century?"

"Yes, Your Highness. I think the Black Death or Black Plague is a catastrophe made by the demon witches for the werewolves, specifically the twelve Alphas. The demon general named Alastair helped them to spread this disease to kill thousands of humans."

Hindi pa ako buhay ng mga panahon na yun, pero isang malaking epidemic ang nangyari noon. Almost fifty millions of people were killed in Europe because of that plague.

Pinaliwanag ni Elixir na may natagpuan siyang historical accounts kung saan nagkaroon ng sightings ng man-wolf sa Austria, Norway, Canada, Scotland, Alaska at sa iba pang parte ng mundo during the Black Plague period. Dito nagsimulang kumalat ang legend ng werewolves.

"The twelve places where the man-wolf were seen correspond to the ancestral houses of the twelve families. If my theory is correct, the Black Plague is originally made to destroy the Alpha," sabi ni Elixir.

"Do you think that the Alpha suggested to be imprisoned here?" tanong ni Gareth.

"I think they are still affected by the Black Plague disease and are currently stuck in their man-wolf form. They probably asked the First Heirs to create a prison for them. A werewolf is already powerful enough, imagine an Alpha without control wreaking havoc in the human world. That would be a larger catastrophe."

Elixir's theory makes perfect sense. Meshach already told me that the Alpha are all in hibernation period to protect our secret and to protect the humans. Elixir must have studied this thoroughly before generating this kind of theory.

Natapos ang usapan namin at biglang lumitaw si Eliana out of nowhere. She looks tired and her body is surprisingly wet.

"Eliana, saan ka nagpunta? Bakit basang basa ka?" nag-aalala kong tanong sa kanya. Wala na siyang winter coat pero basa ang buong katawan niya.

"I can't teleport directly to the Alpha Crypt. May magical wardings ang buong castle. I need to teleport several times para makita ang entrance. Wala na tayong oras, let's go," sabi ni Eliana at hinawakan niya ang kamay ko at kamay ni Bianca. She even asked Gareth and Elixir to touch her shoulders.

In a blink of an eye, nakarating kami sa isang maliit na island na napapalibutan ng maraming lava. Akala ko ay magtatagal kami dito pero biglang nagteleport na naman kami sa isang lugar na napapalibutan ng tornado. It is similar to a werewolf wedding rite na pero ang twister-like wind na umiikot sa amin ay kulay itim.

After a few seconds, we were transferred inside a room surrounded by quick sand. After this, we teleported inside a dark cave with a small lake. These four places correspond to the four elements. Biglang napaluhod si Eliana and I can feel that her heart is pumping fast.

"Eliana, are you alright?" nag-aalala kong tanong habang inaalalayan siya na tumayo.

"Ok lang ako, Tristan. This lake is the entrance to the Alpha Crypt."

"Seriously? It seems like a prehistoric monster is lurking in that deep black waters!" takot na sabi ni Bianca sabay hawak sa braso ko.

"I already made it on the other side. We just need to swim underwater for about a few minutes. Pag ahon natin, nasa entrance na tayo ng Alpha Crypt."

"Eliana, how did you make it? Masyadong madilim. We will not be able to see anything."

Are you afraid of the dark, my beloved prince? I believe you are fond of doing some nasty things while we are in the dark, sabi sa akin ni Eliana telepathically.

If you are with me, I don't care at all.

"The water will glow once you touched it. I guess this water will only react to a werewolf. Follow me," sabi ni Eliana at hinawakan ang kamay ko.

Both of us dived in the pitch black water, but just like what she said, the water glowed. It is like we are swimming in a sunny beach with clear waters. We followed her until we reached the other side of the end of the lake, the entrance to the Alpha Crypt.

Our main enemy is Gresilda, the demon witch, the Death Siren. If she will wake up the twelve Alpha and used them against us, we will definitely lose kahit si Eliana pa ang Verdugo. An Alpha is the most powerful werewolf in our family. Imagine their sheer power and multiply it by twelve. 

There is no way we can win this battle...
