"I can't believe you would sell my brother to that filthy slug!"
"I can't believe that you're yelling at me about this! It's not like he cared about you or anything! Han left you on Tatooine!" You stare at your boyfriend, tears filling your eyes. He sees your face, and steps forward. "I'm sorry (Y/N). I--"
"Just don't." You turn away from Boba, and he sighs, and leaves the little room you are staying in. You lay down on the bed and stare at the ceiling, tears streaming down your face and falling onto your ears.

It's been two months, and you're still fighting with Boba. Not fighting exactly, but you don't talk much, or laugh, or tease each other like you used to do. All over Han. One day, you are eating lunch with Boba, and he says, "Leia tried to rescue your brother. She unfroze him, but got captured by Jabba." You drop your fork and stare at him.
"Really," you ask.
"Yeah. Han's fine."
"Thank you Boba."
"Just thought you might want to know, since you care for Han more than me." You sigh and stare at Boba.
"I care for both of you," you say.
"But you care for Han more."
"Boba, why are you bringing this up now? We had this fight two months ago."
"I just think you're getting yourself hurt. Han left you. I never will."
"Just stop it Boba. Han cares, he just.... He has different ways of showing it."
"So, leaving you on Tatooine to fend for yourself when you're thirteen is caring for you."
"I didn't say that! I'm sure Han had his reasons--"
"You were just a burden to him and he didn't want to look out for you anymore?"
"Why are you doing this? Han's my brother. He cares about me Boba, I know he does."
"Fine. Defend your stupid older brother. Just care for him, and love him, and get hurt when he pushes you away like everyone else."
"Boba, why do you have to make it seem like Han is a villain all the time?"
"Why do you have to defend him all the time?"
"He's my brother. He's the only family I have left, and if you can't accept that--"
"I should just leave?" Your eyes widen in horror.
"No, Boba. I don't want you to leave--"
"Forget it. I'm going (Y/N). You just.... Take care of yourself, okay?"
"Boba--" But he's gone. You stand still in shock for a bit, then run after Boba, hoping to catch up with him and convince him to stay with you. You can't imagine life without Boba, and you don't want to lose him over a stupid argument. You hurry to the cantina, because that's probably where Boba went. Fighting has broken out. Leia is choking Jabba the Hutt with chains while wearing a metal bikini. You run outside. Luke Skywalker is fighting several people, including Boba, on a skiff. Your brother is with them. Han stumbles into Boba, knocking him over the side. "BOBA," you scream, running towards him. You try to catch him, but he lands in the Pit of Carkoon. "BOBA," you scream again, and try to help him out. However, a pair of arms pulls you away from the Pit. You struggle against the arms, screaming, "BOBA," over and over again.
"Stop struggling, will you," someone hisses in your ear, but you ignore the voice, until you are on the Millennium Falcon. The arms let go of you, and you whirl around to find Luke Skywalker. "Boba," you say. "Is he alright?" Luke stares at you.
"Who," he asks.
"Boba. My boyfriend, the Mandalorian you were fighting. Is he alright?"
"He fell into the Pit of Carkoon, whoever you are."
"I know, but is he alright?"
"If he fell into the Pit of Carkoon, he's probably dead." You go still. Luke frowns at you. "Are you alright, whoever you are?" You don't answer.
"(Y/N)," Han asks. "How did you get back here?" You remain silent. Boba is dead. You fall to your knees, staring off into space. Eventually, someone puts a blanket around your shoulders, then everyone is gone. All you can think about is your time with Boba. Singing together, going on adventures, laughing at the world. Then the last two months. Constantly fighting. Why? Just because he feels like you don't care? Some girlfriend you were. Now he's gone.

You don't remember falling asleep, but you wake up in your old bed, in your old room. You hear footsteps, and look up to see Han walk into your room. He sits on the edge of the bed, staring at you. "It really is you (Y/N). I never thought--"
"You never thought you would see me again."
"Yeah."
"That's what happens when you leave someone on Tatooine when she's thirteen."
"(Y/N), you know I--"
"Boba said you don't care about me."
"I do care (Y/N), I just...." Han sighs.
"I loved Boba, Han. I never told him, but I loved him. Then he fell into the Pit of Carkoon."
"I'm sorry?"
"I never got to tell him I love him, Han." Han is silent. You stare at him, tears running down your cheeks. "We've been fighting over you the last two months. I kept defending you, and Boba left, and that's why I ran after him, Han. Then you ran into him.... Han, why?"
"I didn't see him. I didn't know he was your boyfriend."
"Like you didn't mean to leave me on Tatooine."
"Yes. Exactly." You sit up.
"Han.... I need to leave. I can't stay here anymore."
"Alright kid. I'll drop you off on Naboo." You get up, brush your hair, and splash some water on your face. You're ready to go on to the next phase of your life. No time for regrets, no time to miss Boba. You thank Han when you reach Naboo, and walk into the city.
