It's definitely a strange name for a book but it works. Although, change isn't a bad thing.
Plot: 8/10
I love the Plot and all the details and changes in each chapter. It was hard to follow in some places but that was only because of the structure of your sentences.
Character development: 10/15
I love how you created individual personality. Most writers always blend the characters together. I love the way you created Skylar. She's so strong and independent.
Spelling and grammar: 8/10
I only saw small errors, nothing that you can't quickly fix. Your sentence fluency, though, needs some work. You seem to rush words together. I think you should take the time to read aloud what you have written to proof reading or have a friend give you some pointers.
Overall: 8/10
