Captain Kirt is, I mean. I just posted the introduction yesterday, and the first part (the prologue) will be published on Friday! So I'm very excited to reintroduce these characters to you. I've made quite a few cuts with my characters, too. I had 41! Now I have 25. I cut 16 characters, wow.
Wow I basically only promote my stories in this book now- whAtEvEr.
Okay anyway, I figured I'd put the new cover (because a new version of a story means a new cover, duh), and the new description.
Cover:

(I like this cover a lot. It looks very simple, but still professional, in my opinion.)
Now the description:
Pirate. The insult thrown at sailors gone rogue. Or, in some cases, sailors kidnapped from their ships and forced to work on an unregistered ship instead.
James Kirt fits the kidnapped group. His father was the head of a trader's ship, and on James's first trip out to sea with his father, he was kidnapped by pirates. Over ten years later, he's made the very best of his situation, rising through the ranks to captain, and earning the respect of his crew.
When ships start going missing, trade, naval, and pirate, James sets aside the differences between the three types to try and figure out what is going on. He needs help from his crew, but he knows they have been able to handle everything thrown at them so far.
Hopefully solving the mystery of the lost ships is no different.
So it's got a mystery now for rEasOnS. I've always wanted to try my hand at mystery, and the new version needed an ultimate goal, a conflict they need to overcome.
So. A mystery was born.
And that's really all. The next time I'll see you, is in Captain Kirt, on Friday. I mean, that's only if you read it.
