Katelynn Beyer

Hey! It's been a little while since I posted here, but I kind of felt like this update was at least (mildly) important, and a bit long for an announcement.

I've adopted a pen name.

I was never sure if I wanted to have a pen name, since I use my first name and I want to use my actual last name when (if) I get published, but I don't want to share my last name on the internet when I'm only sixteen lol.

I've grown away from my username recently. I'm not going to change it because I still do like it, it just isn't really me anymore. But I don't want it on the cover of all my current works if that makes sense.

I want my books that say "Katelynn Beyer" to be my more "professional" works. My newer, more polished novels.

It took me a bit to settle on Katelynn Beyer. At first I was like "Katelynn E. B."? (initials) but the ring didn't seem right.

So I chose Katelynn Beyer. I have a bit of personal connection to the surname, but I changed its spelling. I like the ring it has too. It sounds nice—sounds professional, too.

I'm proud to put Katelynn Beyer (pronounced like buyer :)) on my covers! :D
