Three little words and I'd be crying of joy.
Those three little words
So simple
But so hard to say
There the ones I need to hear come
From your mouth.
But only if you mean it
I say them all the time to you
Hoping maybe you'll say them back
But of course you never do.
You say you'd date me again
Giving me hope that you'll come back
Any day now
And I wait as I see you with her
In pain thinking
That you'll say those
Words again to me
Sooner or later.
You said you were changing,
That I deserved better,
But you see I don't really care

And I don't care about deserving better
