It's been a while ..

Amu Pov

What if his there? Damn I don't have time for this. Soon I begin to feel my chest pounding harshly.

I don't have time to deal with him , we're only here for any information needed.

"Amu we're here!" Lucy yells who's in front of me.

We decided that just Natsu , Lucy , and I will come here while everyone else stays to help Juvia in aid.

Still it's better this way "right-" I mutter softly.

"Lucy!" I hear a loud voice coming towards us. Soon I see Yukino coming in for a hug to Lucy.

I begin to pick up my pace slightly. Soon Yukino begins to wave to me "Amu it's been a while! What brings you all today?"

I begin to sigh staring off into space waiting for Lucy to do all the talking.

"Fairy Tail is making a comeback!" she smiles happily.

"Ooh how wonderful!" Yukino says hugging Lucy once more.

"Why do this voices sound so familiar?" we all turn are heads to the voice and we see.

"Sting!?" I widen my eyes to a slightly.. larger .. Sting.

"Yo wassup Sting!"
"Who!" both Lucy and Natsu say with different reactions.

He begins to stare at us then he turns his head towards me.

"Amu" he says surprised.

"Sting it's been a while-"

"Enough chitchat where is Rogue" Natsu demands and I widen my eyes.

"His just on his way with a job with our lady-"

"Thanks come on!" he grabs my hand and storms out the guild hall.

"Why do you need me why didn't you take Lucy?" shit I can't face Rogue right now. I can't face him just yet I'm not ready.

"Because me and you know what will happen sooner or later don't you remember" he says.

"Sooner or later.. Frosch!"

"One year from now heading to a job Frosch would be dead.. by Gray!" Future Rogue says.

I made a promise that day to protect him at all cost .. Yet I didn't keep my promise. Aren't I just selfish..

"We can still help him though it's the only way " he says.

I haven't forgot my promise I made to myself . I still intend to keep it .. Even though we aren't together anymore I'll always watch over you.

You don't have to forgive me I don't expect you to .. in fact forget me I've done nothing but make you suffer.

"Rogue!" Natsu screams.

As I look up I see .. "Rogue" I mutter under my breath. His hair it's grown quite bit..

I can see he had a change in clothing as well. His still with Frosch as always and..

As I glance up to him we make eye contact. Crap.

I immediately look down as I look down I realize I'm still holding Natsu's hand.

"Natsu.." he finally speaks.
