XXXI

Sohrin's POV

I woke up and immediately shut my eyes. The sun rays pierced through my eyes, I moved to face the other side and the opened my eyes again.

I stared blankly at the wall and the felt the door open. Shifting my gaze, I saw a nurse with a tray in her hand. She flinched when she saw that I was awake, guess she expected me to be asleep.

I got up and sat on the bed while rubbing my puffy eyes. I cried myself to sleep since I kept thinking of Mark.

How selfish he was to leave me like this!

"Umm miss, here. Eat this and then you can change your clothes. You're discharged after this."

She said and my eyes lit up a bit. I can finally go back home.

But I'd be living alone from now on. I sighed at that thought.

I looked at the tray and saw pancakes, cut apples and a glass of orange juice.

I ate it up slowly and patted my stomach as I was full, I then got off the bed and changed into the new clothes. Once I was done there was a knock on the door, it opened  and a head peaked through.

I recognized him as the same guy who came here yesterday. Why was he here now?

He smiled as he saw me and came in, shutting the door behind him. Walking towards me, he soon took me into his embrace. I didn't know what to do.

I was just frozen, standing there as he hugged me tightly. I didn't feel him to be a complete stranger. So, I didn't feel uncomfortable in his presence.

He pulled away and landed a peck on my cheek. I looked at him with wide eyes and he just chuckled.

"C'mon noona, let's go back home."

He said and grabbed my hand, pulling me after him and I followed.

We went out of the Hospital and he guided my way towards his car. He opened the door for me and I thanked him and after he got in too, we left the place for good.

I felt relaxed while hearing the songs on the radio, that was until I heard him call me again.

"Noona! Do you want to go get ice cream?!" He asked and I looked at him surprised.

I recalled when Mark always bought me ice cream after school, I nodded at Jungkook and he smiled.
He brought us in front of a shop called Dairy Queen, and God the ice cream there was amazing.

When we were done Jungkook asked me to start walking towards the car as he was paying for the ice cream.

I walked out and started my way to the car when I felt a hand clutch mine. Softly but warm. Jungkook smiled as he interwined our fingers, I blushed the way he teasingly rubbed his finger at the back of my hand.

We got back into the car and Jungkook drove us home.

It was noon by the time we reached and when I looked at my surroundings, it was like I had been here before. I observed all  the things around me but nothing rang a bell.

I wasn't aware of what I was looking for. I felt his hands on my waist pulling me closer to him when we got out of the car.

He looked at me gently and smiled.

"I'm so glad you're okay."

He said as his fingers brushed my cheeks and looked at me so softly. He pulled me closer and kissed me. I felt my cheeks heating up, but I knew I felt this some time before,and so I decided to believe him.

I kissed him back and felt his smile in between. Pulling away he joined our foreheads and smiled in a way that showed his bunny teeth.

"Ready to go back home."

He asked and I nodded while staring at the ground.
He pulled my arm and led me towards the house in front of us. Opening the door, he pushed me in and I was staring at the place.

I felt some fear rush through me when I saw the things, they looked familiar.

Jungkook took my hand in his and took me upstairs, he led us into a room.

"This is our room, this is where you always wanted to stay in the early morning so you wouldn't have to go to your work place."

He said and giggled at his own words, I looked around and knew that I had been here before.

I looked at the things carefully when I felt his arms around my waist.

"This was also where we first made love." He said and his breath danced on my neck. I was flushed when I heard his words and he chuckled at me.

"Get a bit relaxed Noona, this is where we'll be living forever." He said and went to the bathroom. I assumed that he went to take a shower.

I sat down on the bed and recalled his words from before.

Living here forever.
