Sohrin's POV
The feeling of touches running up and down my arm had got me shivers as I slowly opened my eyes. He stared down at me so lovingly while we hugged each others waist tight enough to not let go.
Our bodies were warm from being under the blanket all night, but the look he gave me, made me feel otherwise.
He came closer to my lips and I pulled my head back instantly with a soft giggle. He showed a face of rage in a playful manner before falling right on my lips.
My lips in his was always a serendipity that I could never forget or replace. He kissed me so passionately that I started recalling the events from last night, once again, I felt all weightless in the head.
He pulled away and stared at me with a smile, his eyes shining brightly from the sunlight behind me. His pale face and pink lips making me mesmerised. It felt so good, just staying like this in his arms.
But like it's said, every good thing ends with time. We too had to get out of bed to report to our jobs. I quickly freshened up and he did too, we soon got dressed and I walked down the stairs quickly to take my bag.
While I was finishing up all of the little chores, a well dressed Jungkook was watching my every move. I turned my gaze at him when I realised that he kept staring at everything I did.
"You're walking just fine." He said and I scrunched my eyebrows. What's wrong with the way I walk? I seemed to ask him unconsciously.
"Nothing!" He said and quickly turned while I was confused as hell.
We got into the car and Jungkook dropped me to my workplace as we enjoyed the trip with music and our conversations.
The moment I opened the door to leave, Jungkook held my upper arm and pulled me closer. He gave a peck on my cheeks and smiled innocently.
"Take care, I love you." He said, he was overly excited today. What happened? I chuckled at the thought. Maybe he's in a good mood?
I looked at the university and all of the children greeting me as they passed me. I let out a deep sigh, hoping to not encounter that lady ever again and praying that she was just a part of my crazy imagination.
I walked straight to my desk and got my books, then I went to the home room. Getting in, my ears were filled with the cheerful greetings from all my students.
"Sit down all of you." I said and they obeyed, my eyes started wandering around the class to catch a glimpse of Jihye but she was no where to be found.
I called the class president, Kim Haeyuk. As soon as he reached next to me I asked him the question that was pounding in my mind.
"Haeyuk. Jihye is no where to be found. Is she on leave today?" I asked him and he shook his head.
"I'm sorry Miss Ji, but who exactly are you mentioning here?" He asked back and I widened my eyes.
"Jihye, the new girl. She transferred here on Monday, she was here yesterday as well." I said and waited for his response.
"No ma'am, you are probably mistaken. We never got a new student at all. Neither do we have anyone here by the name Jihye."
He said confidently and so I believed him. I looked at the seat where she used to sit and it was empty. Was it really just my imagination?
I shrugged it off and started the class. Jihye never came as I wanted her too. I was just hoping that I don't see anything like that ever again.
My mind was disturbed since daybreak, the fact that no student transferred here was unable for me to believe or accept.
The classes went by and finally it was time to leave. I was finishing a few corrections for the books from various classes, only a few more left.
While I was almost finishing, the the sound of a bouncing ball made its way into my ears. It was annoying in a way, the more I tried ignoring it the more it got louder. Finally when I gave up and lifted my eyes to the side of the door she was there.
Jihye was now standing right in front of me, she had a tennis ball in her hand that she kept bouncing on the floor. She had no expression at all, but now her clothes were torn slightly, they looked old and dirty.
Her hair was a bit unleavened from how I saw her in the last two days. I still couldn't believe my eyes.
She turned to another side and started moving forward. She walked to some place as I watched her. My senses slowly rising and I shouted out.
"Jihye!" there was no response. I jogged out quickly to she her figure still walking. Suddenly she made a stop and turned to face it.
She was standing in front of the female bathrooms and then her face turned to me, her lips slowly rising to form a grin that shook my spinal cord.
She turned back and walked in making me scared out of my wits.
I followed her and slowly got in but there was no one in there.I kept walking hoping to see her somewhere, but then it clicked me.
She grinned at me before getting in here. And I followed her in.
What if that was what she wanted? It's a trap?! My eyes widen in realisation and I ran at full speed to get out, but for my luck the door slammed right in front of my face.
The lights slowly getting dimmed out, one by one.
To be continued...
