Third Person's POV 

Gio didn't show up in the hospital today but the three don't have any idea why. They tried to call him but the line's out of coverage area.

"There he is." Tumayo na si Ivan nang dumating na si Atom. Kanina pa nila ito hinihintay para kumain ng tanghalian. Minsan na lang sila magsabay-sabay kaya kapag may pagkakataon ay hinihintay nila ang isa't isa.

"Ang ingay ng mga med reps. You shouldn't go there right now, it's too crowded." Atom peeved.

"Ang ingay ni Atom. You shouldn't talk to him, Ivan. It's too annoying." His brother then mocked while reading some papers.

"What kind of a brother are you?"

"Better?" Pang-aasar pa ni Air kaya agad na ipinulupot ni Atom ang braso sa kapatid at nagkunwaring sasakalin.

"Ito bagay sa'yo e."

"Hey, Kuya! K—" Nanlaki ang mga mata niya nang mamalayan niyang tinawag niyang kuya si Atom. "Fuck Atom are you gonna kill me?!"

Agad namang binitiwan ni Atom ang kapatid at malakas na humalakhak.

"You know you just called him kuya, right?" Tumatawang tanong ni Ivan.

"I won!" Atom cackled. "Whoah. You called me kuya! Hey bunso, it's actually nice." Then he laughed again. "But I won!"

Air calls Atom 'kuya' once in a blue moon and he hates it. Atom would always tease him whenever he accidentally calls him that. They grew up very close to each other and were like best friends so Air felt like he didn't need to call him Kuya.

Napagdesisyunan ng tatlo na kumain na lamang sa quarters para hindi na lumabas pa ng ospital.

"What do you call this beef with a cheesy sauce?" Atom asked, curious. "It's good pero ang pangit ng texture saka medyo matabang parang kulang sa asukal."

Air put his spoon down and replied, "Tss, what do you know about cooking?"

"At least I know about eating?" Pabalang namang sagot ni Atom.

"Pinadala lang yan ni Syd kay Ivan."

Tumaas ang kilay ni Atom at napangisi. Samantalang si Ivan naman ay tahimik na kumakain. "This one is so cute." He grabbed a cubed beef using a fork and stared at it while discreetly gazing at Ivan.

"What's so special about it, it's just a cube." Nakakunot ang noo na wika ni Air tila naguguluhan sa mga sinasabi ng kapatid.

"Wala naman." Atom chuckled. "It's so cute that I wanna kisss it."

*coughs*

Air stoically checked on Ivan when he suddenly choked. Patuloy siya sa pag-ubo at agad na hinanap ang kanyang tubig. Not being careful, the water even spilled on his polo.

"Shit." He muttered while still coughing. He grabbed a tissue and wiped it over his chest.

Atom quickly covered his mouth to stop himself from laughing loudly. "Careful, Ivan." He pulled his phone out from his pocket and typed something.
