"Home is the nicest word there is."
~ Laura Ingalls Wilder / Author———————
That is, until you decide
to apply the word to a person,
to which it then becomes dangerous;
a word with a completely new meaning.
It's a word that's nice until that person
eventually leaves and you
no longer have a "home" -
a safe haven you loved so
dearly and held so close to your heart.
Nice words don't cause such
destruction and heartbreak...
So, is the word 'home'
really the nicest word there is??
However, I suppose
it's my own fault for using
that word in such a way,
a way in which it was never
supposed to be used in the first place.
