Ezra and rex where moving up with Easy company as the fired at the imperial and Umbaran forces the munitions that the earth forces where using where both M959 and M933 rounds against the enemies apache longbows where proving support but where called to aid another unit ezra was aiming down his sights running and firing at the same time Umbaran fighters bombed a squad of soldiers " Medic!" One of them shouted
" Keep moving we have to secure a ridge line on the other side of the hill to secure to landing zone" The commander of Easy company shouted
As the 101st airborne moved closer and closer to the enemy front lines the enemy forces began to pullback A-10 warthogs preformed a bombing runs on the retreating enemy forces
" Easy company this warpig 2-1 enemy forces are pulling back looks like you guys have a perfect landing zone for the Carrier " The A-10 pilot says to the commander of easy company " Copy that 2-5 thanks for the assist" The commander said to the warthog pilot
TWENTY MINUTES LATER
The Constellation and the other allied transport landed and began to deploy the res of there forces the invasion was in full swing not far from there south there British had started to push towards the south the same was happening all over the planet as the allied forces began to push the imperials and Umbarans began to pull back.
On the ridge Ezra Rex and Easy company where resting watching the rest of the forces mobilize Rex looked at the sight of it. It almost made him wish that the Republic had done it when he was on the planet for the first time during the clone wars he sighs at those memories to have to see so many die only for the republic to fall and to become the empire.
Rex looks to see Ezra with a stressed look on his face " Hey what wrong?" Rex asked ezra snapping him out of his train of thought " hu oh nothing I'm just thinking about something is all" ezra said to rex " You sure because you had that stressed look on your face ever since we left the base" Rex said to ezra
Ezra looked at the old clone and sighed " Rex I know I've been with you and the rebellion for a couple of weeks right" Ezra said to rex " Right" Rex said " and I know that if there is something I need help with I can go to you or kanan or Hera right?" Ezra asked the clone " Okay kid what's going on with these questions what happened before we left base?" Rex asked ezra in a commanding tone
" Sabine's pregnant" ezra said to rex which caught the clone off guard " Oh I see" Rex said " and you feel like as if your not ready to take on type of responsibility?" Rex asked ezra only to se him shake his head " No its no that I just don't want kid to get hurt okay I lost my brothers and my dad. My mom, Sabine and my child are all I have left and I don't want them to get hurt" ezra said to rex " So what you want sabine to sit on the sidelines when your kid is born?" Rex asked Ezra " If that's what it takes to keep my family safe then so be it" Ezra said to rex
Rex looked at ezra and saw that he was under stress " Look kid it's not that I don't agree with your plan because your right you want to keep your family safe but you have two problems with that one sabine is a Mandalorian and fighting is in there blood and getting to stop is hard to do" Rex said to ezra
" Okay and what is two?' Ezra asked rex and gave him answer that he didn't even want to think of " how are you and her going to explain this to her parents when they find out that your both going to be parents" Rex asked with a smirk as a look of dread washed over his face he hadn't even thought of that at all
" I'll answer that when we get back to the base and I'll have a talk with sabine" Ezra said to rex then the commander of easy came up to them " Alright boy break time is over now lets move command spotted an airfield that's not far from here and they want us to take it to make sure that they don't use as a staging area for the rest of there forces now lets move!" the comander said to Easy company as they began to move towards the airfield
Meanwhile at chopper base
sabine was talking to her mother she was surprised to see her mother talk to her after everything that had happen years ago " mother what do you mean need help what happened?' sabine asked her mother
" your brother was sent to earth as a spy and infiltrate there military before the empire attacked nearing the end of there unsuccessful invasion he was captured by there forces and is being held prisoner on earth" Ursa said to her daughter which shocked her she was on earth but how could she have known that her brother was there as well
" Mother I'm sorry to hear about that but what does that have to with me?" Sabine asked her mother " I know that the rebellion and earth are allies I was hopping that you could try to negotiate with them to let your brother go" Ursa said to her daughter
" I could try but it won't be easy I would need something negotiate with in order to get Tristan free " Sabine said to her mother " very well send me the coordinates to your location I would like to talk to the commander of the earth forces there and from there to get your brother free" Ursa said to her daughter " alright I'm sending you the coordinates now see you when you get here mother" sabine said as the transmission ended
