Chapter 71

Following the battle of Scarif many events had followed the empire had Destroyed Alderaan for being members of the Rebellion killing everyone that was on the planet soon later after Luke  skywalker and a smuggler named Han solo and a Wookie Chewbacca had rescued princesses Leia Organa but they had lost some one in the rescue Jedi master Obi wan Kenobi he had told earths government that he wished to remain to the plant where they had meet saying that there was something important to protect and must keep safe and secreted from the empire 

Earths governments agreed. he died fighting against Darth Vader the apprentice of Lord Sidious After being tracked back to Yavin 4 and with the empire on there tail the rebellion launches an attack on the death star against all odds Luke skywalker manages to destroy the death star  and kill grand moff   tarkin after this Luke skywalker Han solo and Chewbacca were given medals for there service but the rebellion weren't the only ones giving medals earths governments gave the medal of honor from different countries across earth to show there gratitude and thanks but as the death star was destroyed  Earth's military forces initiated operation Tet this was launched by all countries of earth the military forces  hit multiple target that where vital to the empire including the slave trade as well 

But with the fall of Yavin 4 the rebellion retreats to secret base in the Hoth system two months later the empire discovers the base and launch an attacks but what they didn't realize that earth had station parts of there military there  and for the next month the snow planet was surface was covered with dead bodies of soldiers and destroyed equipment  of weeks the battle continued the until the empire was pushed bout of the system but out of most of the empire to leaders Darth Vader was the most angered of them all having to be forced to retreat  

but the war continues the galaxy divided one side that fight for freedom and one side to preserve  there dictatorship one side or another will emerge from this war victorious or not

Ryloth  

to Hera who was prompted to general for the rebellion it was important it was her home she had lost both her mother and brother on the planet she remembers seeing republic ship as a child watching the clones who where lead by there Jedi generals fighting to free her home but the republic became empire and soon her people where fighting them 

When Hera heard that the allies invaded Ryloth Hera had asked Mon mothma if she could join them to help take her home planet from the empire Mon mothma wanted to say no but she was willing to prove that the rebellion wasn't weak so she allowed it 

It's been three month since then and Ryloth was still being fought for 

At a joint  military base consisting of the United states Britain and the rebellions Hera was walking  towards the command center with her father night had fallen Hera and her father Cham could see the light of explosions from the distance

" the empire seems to be trying to keep there foot hold on the planet" Cham stated as he saw the explosions  in the distance for days the frontlines of been lit up with gun fire from both sides 

" Yes apparently ever since the death star was  destroyed three months ago and after launched there operation  the empire has been struggling to maintain there foot hold on the systems that they haven't lost yet" Hera said to her father  as the approached  the command center

Marines, soldiers, rebels and Twi'leks  where on the front line along with some  Mandalorian warriors as well among them were major Ezra Martinez and Tristan wren Ezra had return to the war a married man and a father after the Death star was destroyed sabine gave birth to three baby boys Johnathan, Michael and Justin Martinez to honor his brothers and his father after sabine was cleared from the hospital she and ezra got married 

But there honey moon would have to wait with outbreak of the war ezra was with Tristan on the front lines they had been there for days 

" The empire has been a lot more trouble then there worth" Tristan said to ezra " Yeah we've been here for what ten days?" Ezra asked his new brother in law " more like twenty and counting " Tristan said 

the two look up to see A10s firing missiles  towards the empire position the explosions could be heard for miles " wondered why the empire hasn't tried to charge are lines yet?" Ezra asked Tristan " don't know they been doing for the past couple of days why stop know who knows" Tristan told ezra 

the next morning ezra and Tristan were watching the perimeter " Sir I think I see something!" a marine shouted as he was manning an m240 bravo Ezra and Tristan saw something that they couldn't believe the entire imperial force that they had been fighting was walking towards with there hands in the air the imperial officer who was in command was walking in front of them                                                                

Ezra and Tristan walked towards them " Would you care to explain to is what it is your doing?" ezra asked with his arms crossed " the imperial officer looks at ezra and Tristan 

" It is over for us the empire is loosing this war and we are fighting for a lost cause for us the war is over we surrender " the imperial officer said to ezra and Tristan

" All I ask is that my men are treated fairly" the imperial officer said gesturing to his men 

Ezra and Tristan look at each other  and look back at the officer "Well see what we can but we can't make any promises " ezra said to the officer
