Chapter 64

 After arriving on earth ezra landed the gauntlet  at US Air  Force base after some security details  the four where riding towards Ezra's old home in a Humvee escorted by four other Humvees armed with 50. caliber machine guns  as they where driving Ursa saw  the damages that where caused by the empire when they had tried to take over 

Alrich saw it as well the destroyed buildings  and cranes and workers trying to rebuild them he then saw children playing around until they saw the Humvees  they all stopped and saluted much to his surprise as he passed them he could've sworn that they went from children to soldiers instantly ready to ship out to fight the war 

Two hours later  they arrived at Ezra's house Ursa that of it as common home while Alrich thought of it as a nice place to raise a family some of the soldiers got out of there Humvees and opened the doors on Ezra's Humvee  after getting out and garbing there bags and walk towards the house 

Ezra took a deep breath Sabine placed a comforting hand on his shoulder  he looked at her  and she had a comforting  smile on her face this made Ezra gain a little bit of confidence   he walked towards the door and was about to knock but the door opened to reveal Ezra's mother it looked like she was about to leave to do something  

she stopped and widen her eyes in shock " Ezra" She simply said as she hugged her son he hugged her back after not seeing her for so long 

she puled away from the hug " Ezra what are you doing here? I thought you where busy fighting the war and- " she stopped when she notices Alrich and Ursa and Sabine with a huge belly 

" Care to explain young man" his mother said to him with her arms crossed with and a stern look on her face 

" It might be better to explain everything inside" Ezra said to his mother as he escorted her inside the house with sabine and her parents behind them 

Ezra explained to his mother about the battles he had been in and his promotion  to Major and also told her that she would be a grandmother she was happy when he told her that when sabine had gone to the bathroom to relieve her self ezra had told his mother that he had plan to propose  to her upon hearing this she had pulled out a small wooden box . from a cabinet 

" Ezra in this box was the ring that your father used when he proposed to me" Sarah said as she opened the box to reveal a ring mad of twenty four carrot gold and a diamond in the middle " he said that one of you boys would need it when you meet the one person that would make you feel special and was your true love"  Sarah said as pulled the ring out of the box and handed it to ezra.

Ezra placed the ring in his pocket  and said that he was going to take sabine to the place where they first kissed he wanted it to be a special moment for the both of them 

Sabine exited the bathroom to find everyone talking peacefully After and hour of talking Ursa had asked Sarah if she could show her and Alrich  around the city Sarah agreed  but had told Ursa that her armor would need to stay so it wouldn't attract attention much to her displeasure she agreed  as the three left 

Ezra and Sabine had taken up a drive to the country side Sabin had fallen asleep with her being Pregnant it was taken a lot out of her especially  with her carrying three kids ezra smiled at the sight of seeing sabine asleep it reminded him of the first night they spent together right before everything that had happen

Ezra saw a sign that was saying that the hill point where he and sabine first kissed was not far behind ezra took a deep breath he knew that he had his father and brothers to watch over him he was proud to become a dad and he wasn't going to back down from his place of being a dad he was going to be there for his kids no matter what and that was a promise he made to himself, sabine and his three boys and he was going to keep it no matter what 

Sabine started to wake with the rays of the setting sun hitting her face she used her hands to cover her eyes as she started to fully wake up she notices that the car had stopped and ezra was gone she looks out of the wind shield to see ezra sitting on a rock  she had no idea why he was sitting on a rock but she felt that something was going through his mind 

she gets out of the car and walks towards him " ezra" she said his name catching his attention he looks back at her " what's wrong ?" she asks him with a hint of worry in her voice 

Ezra gets up and turns to her he walks over to her and gently grabs her by the the hand and walks towards where  he was siting down  " Sabine do you know where we are?" Ezra asks her she takes a look around at her surroundings and realizes where there at " this the place where we first kissed" sabine said surprise not wandering as to why they where there " An now im about to do this" Ezra said to sabine making her look at him in confusion

Ezra got down on one knee and pulls out the ring that his mother had given him sabine widen her eyes in shock " Sabine wren since the first day we meet you have been the most special and beautiful girl i have ever known and i want to be with you for the rest of my life not as my girlfriend but as my wife Sabine Wren will you Marry me?" Ezra asked her

Sabine had tears of joy forming from her eyes  " oh Ezra" Sabine said as she hugged him " YES! YES! i would be glad to be your wife" sabine said with happiness in her voice as she hugged him tightly 

Sabine pulled away from the hug and looked at him in the eyes and kissed him he kissed her back as the two kissed the sunset hit them and there shadows could be seen on the wind shield as there shadows meet.
