"touch me again and I'll make sure to break all your bones."

taehyung scrunched his nose as he let out an intimidating smirk, eyes focussed on the road.

"do I look like I care?" taehyung gave ara the best look that represented, 'we both know why'.

ara's eyes widened. not because of his words, taehyung grew up being cold and mean to her, she was used to it, in fact everyone was.

it was the fact that it reminded of why ara went to sohye's. of why she left her house in the first place.

ara knew that she knew too much. just a little too much for her.

for the people around her.

because suddenly her strong side went soft and could not accept anything that her family had been doing.

it was further than being cruel.

it was unreasonable.

unfair.

unfair for the people around the victim as well.

she knew too much.

and what she also knew was that, they were too much.

she shouldn't be trying to convince those fixed headed people to stop, but for the first time in her life she was.

she was rebelling.

against the people she never dared to and expected she would.

her own family.

and when she had jumped off the fence, that was when everything went wrong. she knew they would start their hunt for her.

they had sent taehyung. the one that probably was oblivious of everything.

irony. they might say.

but that was just how life is.

she may seem proud, like a show off, but she had never meant to be one of those. she was as vulnerable as others. she had never meant to be one of those that those seven boys disliked.

they were the ones that grew up along her. but they never grew up with her.

her flirty and show off attitude made them leave as far as possible from her.

especially jimin, whom she had been chasing for probably her whole life.

then everything collapsed when jae came into the picture.

but she knew she had to give up. when she saw how happy they were, she couldn't even bear to separate them.

because they were just like her.

complicating.

and jae reminded her of all sorts of things that she had discovered.

"you don't." she said softly, slightly surprising taehyung as she looked out of the window.

no one does.

taehyung took a fast glance at her before focussing on the road full of cars again.

for a moment, he pitied her.

growing up in a cruel environment, sometimes he would treat that as a reason to not kill her.

he cleared his throat awkwardly before speaking, "don't run away anymore. you're not a kid."

"I am not a kid. I just have my reasons." she emphasised on 'am'.
