"he deserves to die, Sir." the brave guard spoke, securing the bleeding man that kneeled in front of him.
"no! please! I have a family to take care of! I have two children that are not even five i-" but the man stopped when jimin made eye contact with him.
Jimin's gaze intimidated him enough.
his gaze said so much.
so much that it made the man give up on living instantly.
so much that it manipulated the man's mind.
and everyone in his dark, old office noticed that.
jimin was in the underground, taking care of what he has to.
and so was his personal secretary, Lee Jae.
whom he knew, definitely wasn't Lee Jae.
Kwon Jae Eun just watched the man look down, back hunched, eyes hopeless.
jimin's eyes said so much.
but she saw them flicker softly for a moment, and at that point, it shouted the word sadness.
she knew he didn't want any of these.
she knew him enough.
or at least she expected herself to know him enough.
despite the fact that he had changed so much, from being rash to being observant, from being violent to being quiet, practically killing people with his eyes.
jimin became superior.
to the point where he didn't need to use his own hands to touch blood.
and that was what made him hate himself even more.
and he definitely did not want the love of his life seeing him kill someone, or even gaze at someone with those eyes he could barely recognise.
funny, because she had seen him do that for many times five years ago.
but he knew how much she hated violence, how much annoyance gets to her everytime someone fights, everytime someone dies.
no one knew how long he was staring at her only until the guard cleared his throat.
startled, jimin glanced at the man, now as good as lifeless.
"sir he tried to stop all the vehicles that transports weapons from moving. this almost caused thousands of deaths. we have many missions a day, sir." the guard convinced.
Jae's burning gaze fell onto the guard who shivered under the new secretary's glare.
"do I look like I don't know how many missions we have a day? you should ask yourself who's first one who had a mission in this company." jimin snapped.
the guard gulped, looking down.
jimin could have killed that man already.
but he felt that it was wrong, wrong to kill him, in front of Jae.
wrong to even kill him.
"what are you waiting for, Mr Park?" Jae asked impatiently but nicely since everyone was looking.
jimin whipped his head over to face the black haired girl.
then he looked into her curious yet frustrated eyes.
those eyes were as innocent as ever, like the first time he met her.
this is not right.
