Jae Eun sighed as she looked out of the window, still the same few trees.

She was stuck in this hospital longer than she thought it would.

Everything was all over the news, and it made it seem like Lee Taejoon was the only villain.

Taehyung and Jin really had their ways to deal with the press.

She was glad everything was over, but she definitely wished to leave this bed.

But she was going to discharge in two days.

And she was excited for it, even though it probably required her to be very careful of her movements because it still hurt and the stitches may open again.

It was lonely to be in the hospital, not being able to explore the place because Jimin didn't let her to do it herself, and not being able to talk to anyone.

Strange, she never really felt the need to talk to anyone until she met her friends again.

It was the effect they had on her.

And she really gave it to them for that.

Because they had completely opened her up back to where she was.

Ara would visit almost everyday, talk to her about college and share with Jae some stupid stories, she was the only one free.

But Ara felt like she owed it to the girl,  because she was always the first to listen to her. Without Jae, Ara didn't know how far she would've come.

But today was day 7 of being in the normal wards and the past few days had been them visiting in groups, then leaving in groups.

And there was Bo Gum, bringing his daughter and wife along, to visit the 'lonely and injured girl'.

It was fun, to finally know how his daughter looked like.

It made her want a family like his because everytime she thought about them, she would smile to herself.

Jimin had been very busy, dealing with everything from the press to the company, so he never really got the time to visit her in the day, so she never met him with her eyes opened. She always acted like she was asleep when he worked in the hospital.

He had just told Jae a few days ago that he was going to take over Parks officially since his father decided to retire.

And Jimin had full control over whatever he wanted, and part of it was to either sell or completely abandon the Mafia market.

It wasn't easy, because his company made many deals with drug companies and illegal organisations that required to be broken.

He was going to fix things.

Jae wasn't worried about how Parks would end up, because she knew that Jimin had it all planned out around his fingertips, she was just afraid of his condition from over working, but couldn't do anything else.

For as long as he's staying strong, she chooses to support him.

Meanwhile, after talking to Bo Gum, she had finally set herself down to the solution she had always been thinking of ever since escaping death.

"Take over LK, Bo Gum."

"Are you crazy? I won't, Jae. That is your father's life-long work. He left it just for you."

"The mafia isn't what he wants. But I know he wants the architecture company. And I'm not suitable to be the leader. But you are."

The man paused for a bit, staring at her as he contemplates quick but thoroughly.
