as hoseok's lips crashed onto sohye's, the girl stood still.

her eyes were closed, the tears didn't stop.

hoseok didn't move, he only kissed her, then sucking her bottom lip softly before leaning back.

"I love you, Sohye."

he hesitantly connected their foreheads together as their breathings grew constant together.

sohye let him do everything.

"i know." sohye whispered, unsure of what else to say.

"d-do you?" hoseok pulled away from her, looking affectionately into sohye's eyes.

sohye watched as he tries not to be expectant, to be excited.

she remembered that face. that face that asked her on a date after they became official.

that face that first kissed her.

that face that opened up to her.

that heart that softened for her.

and only her.

she wondered how it would be to not have met him.

she didn't deserve him.

five years and not one day do they not think about each other.

it would've been disastrous.

sohye bit her lips, tasting her salty tears as she reached for hoseok's pale hand, then gently intertwining their fingers together.

"I hate every moment with you." she said bluntly.

"but not knowing you would have been way worse." she looked down, then tightening her grip.

she would never forget the light in hoseok's face after she said that.

that light that captured her attention.

that attracted her heart.

"not loving you would have been the biggest mistake in my life." she chuckled through her sobs.

"so as much as I hate whatever that has happened, I still love you with my whole heart, Hoseok. and, and I think I will never stop loving you, Hope." sohye looked at their hands, smiling.

Hoseok stared at the girl in disbelief, he refrained from slapping himself.

he opened his mouth, then closed it. he didn't know what to say or do. he stuttered mutely.

"oh my God I didn't expect any of that." he finally let out.

it was only until he spoke that he realised that he wasn't breathing.

he let out a small giggle, making sohye blush.

"wow." he chuckled, his free hand wandering around, as if it was hesitating to touch sohye's shoulder.

and with the widest smile plastered on his face, he asked nervously, "c-can I kiss you?"

really hoseok? after kissing her?

sohye rolled her eyes, "oh shut up." and she pulled her lover's collar before kissing him deeply.

let's make better memories from now on.

...

Jae Eun walked into her new house, eyes sparkling with curiousity as she explores the every edge of this penthouse.

"like it?" her boyfriend asked as he smiled at her amazed expression.

she looked out of the glass window, not blinking as skyscrapers stand beside, in front, everywhere around her.

vehicles travelled right below her, but she was too high up to look at it in detail. there were like ants to her.

it was now that she had realised what Jimin held.

this house. probably one of the tallest amongst the other buildings, one of the most expensive houses anyone would ever afford.

but it was so lonely.

Jae knew the man, so she wasn't surprised to see the interior simple and lazy. it was not perfect, but it was Jimin.

(okay honestly, jimin's the most perfect person ever.)

it said so much about himself, the him that she loves deeply.

and she loves the house. because it felt like home.

and Jimin is home.

it was huge, with white glassy tiles, light grey carpets, simple but complicating drawings hung on the walls.

the stairs were modern, but cozy. there were gaps in between each step, making Jae wonder if she would fall with a feet stuck in the gap. small, dim lights were fixed right below the steps, making it less dark and quiet.

Jimin chuckled, she did not even bother to reply him.

that was when Jae turned around with the widest smile on her face, "sorry did you say something?"

Jimin threw the girl a small, playful glare as he pulled her small luggage in.

"come on, let me show you to your room first." jimin laughed at her as he said, reaching a hand out for hers.

as she took his hand happily like a kid, he never forgot to hold it tightly.

he lifted her things up the stairs, then walked her to a room nearest to the staircase and opened the black door, revealing a large King sized bed with probably the best view of Seoul.

"or should I say, our room."
