as much as everyone wanted to sink into the silence, none of them really could.

sohye was definitely a friend they cherished.

a friend jae cherished.

she never really expected things to turn out this way. but to her, sohye was still sohye.

jimin had told her that sohye and hoseok was a thing but hoseok decided it would be best to let her go due to all the stupid danger and she happened to lose her memories in a car crash when she was all depressed over the breakup and wasn't paying attention to traffic.

jae was devastated.

yes, she felt bad for their relationship. but this surely answered every single suspicion she had in mind.

no one dared to go near hoseok.

he had to chill. and the only way for him was to be alone.

maybe because he was too used to comforting others, he needed time for himself too.

both him and sohye needed time for themselves.

something in jin told him that they just need some time to love themselves before giving themselves another chance to love.

the relationship they had before sohye remembered everything was just something for both of them to understand the meaning of love.

maybe when sohye gets over the whole situation, she would be ready.

maybe when hoseok trusts himself more, he would try again.

they were both hurt badly emotionally after all.

hoseok stayed at the corner of the room, appreciating the silence more than anyone.

jin was out to get food.

namjoon was on the couch with his phone while a clingy taehyung leaned onto him, sleeping.

jungkook and yoongi were on the other side, quietly observing the tension as jungkook would occasionally play with yoongi's hair with yoongi not bothered.

jimin was quiet too, it was especially easy for his cold personality.

he isn't a tsundere. he isn't like yoongi. he barely wants to open up. and even if he does, he's still cold and rude.

only to a few would he be nice.

he found it difficult to sleep as he just held onto a expressionless face, looking around, then to jae who went back to sleep beside him.

it was the hardest for them to witness hoseok, or any other member so demoralized.

hoseok was done with all the crying. he was just sitting there, occasionally glancing at his phone, then spacing off, thinking of what he could have done better.

the happy pill was sad.

what else can the others do?

he was pissed. no longer at sohye. but at the whole situation.

he was upset at how he handled it. he is probably never going to see her anymore.

he was sorry at how he made everyone so quiet as well.

but what is a family without being able to support one another?

they all knew.

that was why even when hoseok is upset, he feels grateful to have friends like them. no, family like them.

that's why the moment she walked out, he was fixated on the mindset that, he was going to change himself.

he's no longer going to screw up like just now.
