Kalev made sure that I slept in the next day by keeping me comfortable. Nagising ako an hour later where variety of foods is served on the table. May mga oras kasi na nagigising ako in the middle of the night asking for food. I saw Kalev on the sofa, drinking an orange juice while reading a book. I reached for a croissants.
"What time is it?" I asked. "1 in the morning, baby." He let a soft voice. Tumayo siya at tsaka umupo sa tabi ko. Leaving the book behind. I expected his bare skin to be cool because of the air conditioning. Instead it was warm, almost hot. We sat in silence and continue eating.
He rolled into my side, at agad naman sumiksik sa akin.
"Tired?"
"No, you?"
"Fine." He said at tsaka yumakap sa may bewang ko. I moved my fingers to his chest...which was cool.
Nang makaramdam na ako ng busog ay agad ako nakaramdam ng antok and so I did.
Nagising ako mula sa sinag ng araw na tumatama sa mukha ko but I'm too lazy to open my eyes and move. I can feel Kalev pushed himself out of the bed, snarling a yawn. He kissed my forehead and feel him walked away.
"TAKE CARE, will you?"
"I will. See you later, baby."
"Bye."
He said giving me a kiss goodbye. Finally, bumangon na rin ako mula sa pagkahiga at nakita siyang bihis na. Wearing his usual corporate attire. Pupunta siya sa Topless Bar telling me na nagkaroon ng problema. Agad naman tumawag ang manager sakanya and he's going there to overlook the problem. I can feel something is off pero hindi ko na lang pinansin 'yun.
Pumasok ako sa loob at wala pang ilang minuto ng biglang tumunog ang door bell.
May nakalimutan ba siya? If it's Kalev he doesn't need to press the door bell button dahil alam niya ang password. Nagtataka akong pumunta sa main door pero naririnig ko na ang boses ni Tori.
"You don't need to press the door bell button you idiot." said Tori, sounding thoroughly exasperated.
"Para aware si Marsh na nandito tayo. And don't call me idiot because you are." Nikos said sounding like a funny man rather than irritated.
"Para kayong aso't pusa. Stop acting like a kiddo and grow up." Sabi ni Elizabeth at pumasok siya sa loob. Removing her shoes at nagsuot ng slippers. She removed her jacket at sinabit sa rack.
"Hi, Marsh." She beamed. "Pizza?" As she raised her both hands at mayroon ngang dalawang kahin na pizza. Doon ko lang din napansin na may mga brown bags na hawak si Tori and Nikos.
"Hey." Bati ko sa kanila.
"Woah. Pregnancy suits you." I laughed and made a face. "Getting bigger by the hour."
"Sakto, I'm craving for pizzas." I said at biglang kumalam ang tyan ko.
"Yeah. Kalev mentioned it to us. Kaso mukhang busy ang hari kaya kami na lang ang pumunta dito for you. And then this gentledog besides me has nothing to do kaya sumama sa amin. The extra." She said rolling her eyes at Nikos. Natawa na lang ako sa sinabi ni Tori. I remembered that she's got mad when Nikos blackmailed her and asked my whereabouts. Though, wala namang kaso sa akin 'yun. They helped me. At malaki ang utang na loob ko sa kanila.
